LOS ANGELES, July 13, 2006 -- Remember when Cartman got his first period or the time he joined NAMBLA? Or when Mr. Garrison got his fancy new vagina? How about more recently when the boys of South Park revealed the mysteries of Scientology? Has it really been ten years since those foul-mouthed, irreverent fourth-graders first entered our lives? It has and COMEDY CENTRAL is cranking up the celebration of "South Park's" tenth season with all new-episodes beginning Wednesday, October 4 at 10:00 p.m. Coinciding with the tenth season, fans of the show can enjoy more "South Park" than ever before with a new collector's DVD, travel sweepstakes and new extensions of the programming and characters on mobile and broadband platforms.

"At COMEDY CENTRAL, we could not be more proud of the incredible success that 'South Park' has earned over the past ten years," said Doug Herzog, president of COMEDY CENTRAL. "The show continues to evolve while remaining in the cultural zeitgeist with its topical satire."

Travel Sweepstakes

In celebration of the tenth season of South Park, COMEDY CENTRAL is flying ten lucky fans to one of Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny's favorite global destinations for ten days. Winners can select from one of ten memorable destinations including: Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Italy, Scotland, Colorado, New York, Washington D.C., California, Las Vegas and Canada.
