BLACKMAIL (NBC, New!) - Newcomers John and Thomas Sonntag have sold a new drama to the Peacock about "a young married couple who, after suffering a life-changing incident, decide to get back at the man responsible by threatening to reveal his infidelity to his fiancée. But when things turn out to be more sinister than the couple originally thought, a dark game of cat-and-mouse sets them on the path to knowing what it means to be a real-life power couple." Lucid Road's Aaron Paul will also executive produce for Universal Television. (Deadline.com)
BOSCH (Amazon) - Jeffrey Pierce ("The Tomorrow People") will recur on the show's third season as Trevor Dobbs, "who is crisp, out of the military, but the military's not out of him. He's a former lieutenant with a tight knit Special Forces group in Anwar Province." (Deadline.com)
CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND (The CW) - Yael Grobglas ("Jane the Virgin") will drop by the fellow CW series as Trina, "a dynamic young businesswoman who hires Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) and the Whitefeather folks to represent her firm. As a result, Trina sets Rebecca's life on a surprising new course." (EW.com)
FLASH, THE (The CW) - Joey King (Independence Day: Resurgence) is bound for the show's third season as Frances "Frankie" Kane, "a meta-human with the ability to control metal... but her powers come with a dangerous side-effect, causing her villainous alter ego known as Magenta to emerge." GOLIATH (Amazon) - Diana Hopper (Hidden Truth) is bound for the newcomer as Denise McBride, "the daughter of Billy McBride (Billy Bob Thornton) and Michelle McBride (Maria Bello)." (Deadline.com)
INTO THE BADLANDS (AMC) - Nick Frost (The Cornetto Trilogy) has joined the cast of the show's sophomore run as Bajie, "a man with questionable morals and who's always looking for the quick score, he is an irreverent and unlikely new ally to Sunny (Daniel Wu)." (Deadline.com)
LEFTOVERS, THE (HBO) - Katja Herbers ("Manhattan") has booked a top secret, recurring role on the show's final season. (Deadline.com)
MAJOR CRIMES (TNT) - Jaime Ray Newman ("Wicked City") will recur on the show's current season as Wildred Darnell, "the mother of a young White Supremacist responsible for killing several mixed race couples and who got involved with a mass shooting inside the law enforcement community." (TVLine.com)
ORVILLE (FOX) - Peter Macon and J. Lee are the latest additions to the series, which follows the adventures of the Orville, a not-so-top-of-the-line exploratory ship in Earth's interstellar fleet. They will play members of the ship's crew alongside Adrianne Palicki and Scott Grimes. (Deadline.com)
SANTA MONICA SHORES (Freeform, New!) - Patrick Sean Smith ("Greek") has set up a high-concept comedy at the cable channel, no details of which were given. Adam McKay, Will Ferrell and Kevin Messick of Gary Sanchez Productions also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)
THIS IS US (NBC) - Janet Montgomery, Katey Sagal and Brad Garrett will all recur on the Peacock's newcomer as "an alluring and intense love interest for sitcom actor Kevin (Justin Hartley)"; Kevin's agent; and "the president of the network that airs Kevin's show, 'The Manny,'" respectively.
