BAD MANAGEMENT (ABC) - David Spade ("Rules of Engagement") and Rachael Harris ("New Girl") have both signed onto the single-camera comedy pilot, about Eve (Sharon Horgan), a slightly self-centered boss at a high-end luxury goods department store who finds her ways challenged when the boss's son comes to town and makes youth and sex the new company focus. Spade will play said son, Tobias Jr. ("devilishly handsome, a brat and a womanizer") - a role in second position to the CBS comedy; with Harris as Linda ("massive hair, very, very deep fake tan"), who runs the cosmetics counter. In addition, Kat Likkel and John Hoberg have been tapped as executive producers on the ABC Studios-based project, from co-creators Sharon Horgan and Holly Walsh. Ben Taylor is directing. (Deadline.com)

BOOMERANG (FOX) - Anthony LaPaglia ("Without a Trace") is on track to star in the drama pilot, about the Hamiltons, a family who serves as assassins for the federal government. He'll play patriarch Bill, who takes said role in the family seriously. Felicity Huffman also stars as his wife Margie with Michael Stahl-David and Patrick Heusinger as their sons. Davey Holmes penned the hour, which is set up at the Warner Bros. Television-based John Wells Productions. (Deadline.com)

CAMP (NBC) - Rodger Corser is the latest Australian actor to join the upcoming drama, about Little Hawk Family Camp, where parents decompress with gin while teenagers make gleeful mischief and fall in and out of love. He'll play Roger Shepard, owner of rival Camp Ridgefield. Rachel Griffiths, Tim Pocock and Tom Green also star in the project, from co-creators Liz Heldens and Peter Elkoff. BermanBraun and Matchbox Pictures are co-producing. (Deadline.com)

DO IT YOURSELF (TBS) - Melora Hardin ("Wedding Band") is back in business with the cable channel as the actress has joined the comedy pilot, about Nick, a 20-something laid-off math teacher who finds himself thrust into the blue collar world when he gets a job at that most American of retail institutions: the big box home supply store. She'll play Nick's boss Kate, "who is paranoid, irrational and drunk on power." James Widdoes ("Sullivan & Son") is also on board to direct the multi-camera project, from co-creators Walt Becker and Rob Long. (Deadline.com)

GABRIELS, THE (FOX) - Angela Kinsey ("The Office") will star opposite Rob Riggle on the comedy pilot, about "a gleefully anti-social family learning to act normal and make friends for the sake of their kids." She'll play Gail Gabriel ("the more mature of the two, but barely") in the 20th Century Fox Television-based half-hour, which Jason Winer is directing from a script by Andrew Gurland and Justin Hurwitz. Tim Meadows also stars. (Deadline.com)

GOTHICA (ABC) - Tracie Thoms ("Cold Case") has booked a role on the drama pilot, about Grace Van Helsing (Janet Montgomery), a woman who discovers the likes of everyone from Victor Frankenstein (Tom Ellis) to Dorian Gray (Chris Egan) exist in modern-day San Francisco while searching for her own identity. She'll play Mina Murree, Grace's eclectic friend from college and the Managing Editor at Grace's family's paper, The Guardian. Raza Jaffrey also stars in the ABC Studios-based hour, from director Anand Tucker and writer Matt Lopez. (Deadline.com)

HOLDING PATTERNS (NBC) - Chyler Leigh ("Grey's Anatomy") has booked a role on the multi-camera comedy pilot, about a group of friends whose lives completely change after they survive a plane crash on the way to a destination wedding. She'll play Leah Lund ("witty, sarcastic, pretty-with-an-edge"), the groom's (Humphrey Ker) best friend since childhood. Universal Television is behind the project, from creator Justin Spitzer. (TVLine.com)

JONESES, THE (Bravo) - Max Deacon ("Hatfields & McCoys") is the first to be cast in the drama pilot, a remake of the 2009 Demi Moore and David Duchovny indie drama of the same name about a group of stealth product marketers who move to an upscale suburb disguised as the perfect family. He'll play the "son," Nick, an actor. Writer Liz Tigelaar and director S.J. Clarkson are behind the project, which is set up at ABC Studios. (Deadline.com)

MIDDLE AGE RAGE (ABC) - Melanie Leishman has been cast in the single-camera comedy pilot, about Carol Bobeck (Annie Mumolo), a wife/mother/Oprah fan who is fed up with feeling invisible and begins to speak up and demand the respect she feels she's earned. She's set as her 19-year-old daughter Cass ("smart, hipster") in the ABC Studios-based half-hour, from creator Cheryl Holliday. (Deadline.com)

UNAUTHORIZED GREG GARCIA PILOT, THE (CBS) - Mary Elizabeth Ellis ("Perfect Couples") is the latest addition to the multi-camera comedy pilot, about a recently divorced TV reporter (Will Arnett) whose life is complicated when his parents (Margo Martindale, TBA) have marital problems of their own. She'll play his sister Debbie in the CBS Television Studios-based project, who's married with a 14-year-old son and a seven-year-old daughter. J.B. Smoove also stars in the half-hour, to be directed by James Burrows. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED JH WYMAN PROJECT (FOX) - Michael Ealy ("Common Law") has snagged a lead role on the pilot, a drama set in 2048 Los Angeles where robots are widely used in law enforcement. He'll play Dorian ("likeable and strong"), a decommissioned DRN-0167 robot that is thrust back into service when his "memories" provide critical intel on a newly revived drug cartel. Writer J.H. Wyman and director Brad Anderson are behind the hour, which is set up at the Warner Bros. Television-based Bad Robot Productions. (Deadline.com)
