TV ONE'S TRUE CRIME MONDAYS ANNOUNCES NEW SEASONS OF "FATAL ATTRACTION" AND "FOR MY MAN," BEGINNING JAN. 2, 8 P.M. ET

Crime & Justice Monday Line-Up Finished 4Q16 Up Among Key Demos vs. YA; P18-34 (+39%) and W18-34 (+33%)

SILVER SPRING, MD. - DEC. 21, 2016 - TV One's True Crime Monday premieres all new seasons of the network's popular crime and justice series, Fatal Attraction and For My Man, on Monday, Jan. 2, 2017. Beginning with its #1 true crime series, TV One is debuting the sixth season of Fatal Attraction with a double-episode presentation from 8-10 p.m. ET; followed by For My Man's third season premiere at 10 p.m. ET.

"Fatal Attraction and For My Man are the perfect cautionary tales from true, real life accounts where love goes completely wrong," said D'Angela Proctor, Head of Original Programming and Production. "Each Monday, the shows provide a one-two punch filled with love triangles, jilted lovers, and deadly obsessions in the urban community where the audience can follow the clues and try to deduce who-dunnit before the last act."

TV One is a Top 5 Cable Network on Monday Nights among AA P25-54 and W25-54, thanks to the hit True Crime Monday line-up (2016 to-date). The Monday night true crime line-up finished off 4Q16 with double-digit increases over YA among P18-34 (+39%), W18-34 (+33%). Fatal Attraction concluded Season 5 up among P25-54 (+3%), W25-54 (+11%), P18-34 (+35%) and W18-34 (+44%), over its previous season. Additionally, Justice By Any Means, which returns in March 2017 to complete its second season, closed the year trending upwards over its premiere season among P25-54 (+16%), W25-54 (+18%), P18-34 (+18%) and W18-34 (+19%).

The Season 6 kick-off of Fatal Attraction begins at 8 p.m. ET with the tragic story of Lisa Spence, a dedicated and loving mother, who followed her boyfriend, Paul Edwards, to distant shores and then she disappears. When the family received text messages from her cell phone saying she had moved to Jacksonville, Fla., they didn't believe it. Unable to reach her to discuss the messages, they contact the local authorities. The police soon discover Spence may have been fleeing an abusive relationship. Was her disappearing act the move of a desperate woman or something far more sinister? As this plot thickens, a high stakes game of cat and mouse will finally reveal the jaw-dropping truth.

At 9 p.m. ET, Fatal Attraction explores the case of Barry Odom who was found shot to death in the parking lot of his apartment complex. A nursing assistant and father who yearned to help everyone, Odom didn't appear to have an enemy in the world. His girlfriend, whom he had seen just minutes earlier, is overwhelmed with grief. But when police learn there was another woman in his life, they begin to suspect that jealousy could have played a role in his death. The deeper they dig into his personal life, the more questions they unearth... and the longer the list of potential suspects grows.

TV One's Fatal Attraction delves into real-life stories of criminal acts committed under the guise of love and the tragic consequences that turn deadly. Recounting stories of love-gone-wrong, each episode consists of first-person interviews from loved ones, accounts from investigating officials, interrogation footage, recreations of pivotal moments and haunting cinematography.

For My Man is jam-packed with new incredible stories of the lengths some women will go to keep the love of their man. Shedding light on the outrageous and shocking stories of women who have been arrested for a crime they committed in the name of love, each episode includes interviews of those closest to the events - family members, friends, witnesses, investigators and journalists - as well as psychologists, lawyers and when possible, the subjects themselves. Beginning at 10 p.m. ET the third season kicks-off with the stories of Belinda Henry and Ashley Ervin.

Belinda Henry lived in a cloud of darkness and depression stemming from multiple failed marriages until Keith Henry's smile brightened her life and gave her hope. Unfortunately, hope soon turns into despair when the couple devises a plan to make some quick cash. Suddenly Belinda finds herself doing the unthinkable in order to please Keith. Later, book smart Ashley Ervin's future takes a deadly turn when she meets Keithron Fields and their mutual acquaintance, Dexter Johnson. Late night drives lead the trio down a dark and disastrous road that forever alters her life.

Fatal Attraction is produced for TV One by Jupiter Entertainment with Todd Moss as co-executive producer and Robert Twilley and Harrison Land as executives in charge of production.
