NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 22 - 28, 2011

FOX's week was highlighted by back-to-back episodes of HELL'S KITCHEN, which were the two highest�rated programs of Monday night. For the week, FOX ranked No. 4 among Adults 18-49, but continues to rank No. 1 for the summer in the demo.

Key weekly highlights include:

A double helping of HELL'S KITCHEN tied last week as FOX's highest rated Monday with summer programming in four years in A18-49 (since 8/13/07). FOX won Monday night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens, Adults 25-54 and all key demos.

FOX won back-to-back Mondays in Total Viewers for the first time in two and a half years (since 2/16/09 & 2/23/09).

HELL'S KITCHEN at 9p and 8p were the top two highest-rated programs on Monday night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

At 8p HELL'S KITCHEN posted a 2.5/8 among Adults 18-49. A second telecast of HELL'S KITCHEN followed at 9p with a 2.7/7 which grew over its 8p airing by +8%.
