MTV Networks And Nick Cannon Sign Exclusive �First Look� Production Deal

�Nick Cannon Present�s Wild �N Out� Returns To MTV

For Another Season Of Unpredictable Comedy

August 8, 2006 - New York, NY � MTV Music Television announced that it has signed an exclusive �first look� production deal with Nick Cannon. Cannon�s partnership with MTV will allow him to develop, produce, consult and appear on potential MTV branded programming. In addition, the network announced that the successful sketch comedy/improv series �Nick Cannon Presents Wild �N Out� returns for a third season on Thursday, August 10th at 10pm ET/PT. The announcement follows the success of the hit improv sketch comedy show, �Nick Cannon Present�s Wild N� Out.� Since the show�s initial debut last year, �Wild N� Out� has garnered some of the highest ratings in its time slot to date.

"Nick Cannon is one of today's freshest and most innovative young talents," said Tony DiSanto, Executive Vice President, Series Development and Animation for MTV. "His creative vision and tireless pursuit of excellence on both sides of the camera puts him in a class of his own. In the third season �Nick Cannon Presents Wild �N Out� will continue to feature two teams of hot, up-and-coming comics who go head-to-head in a series of �improv battles.� Each week Cannon�s team will challenge a celebrity guest and their team to a fast-paced war of words and wit. The show combines the best elements of classic comedy series � hilarious improv, topical sketch comedy and performances from fledgling comedians eager to make their mark in the genre � with an urban feel that Cannon�s fans have come to expect from his film and TV projects. Some celebrities featured in the new season will include: Big Boi from Outkast, Fat Joe, Lil Jon, Method Man, Jamie Kennedy, Pharrell and more.

Nick Cannon�s rapid rise to success in film and television has had its monumental peaks, which include Nickelodeon�s award-winning �The Nick Cannon Show,� along with a breakout role in the 2002 movie Drumline. Since then, his well-rounded performances have further matured, establishing him as one of the most sought after entertainer in the industry. Named by People Magazine as one of the Top Ten Most Successful People in Young Hollywood, Cannon can currently be heard as the voice of one of the characters in the animated film, Monster House and looks forward to the release of two other movies this year, Weapons and the highly anticipated RFK biopic Bobby.
