BIGGER (BET+) - Creator Felischa Marye took to Twitter with the news the series has been canceled after two seasons. (@felischa)
CONTAINER (Apple TV+, New!) - The streamer has acquired its first Russian-language original series, about Sasha, "a surrogate mother hiding a dangerous secret who reluctantly finds herself ensconced in the luxurious home of the rich family whose baby she is gestating. As Sasha navigates the privilege and politics of the super-rich, both her secrets and theirs threaten to collide." Oksana Akinshina will star alongside Filipp Yankovskiy, Marusya Fomina and Artem Bystrov with director Maksim Sveshnikov, writer Alexey Lyapichev and producers Eduard Iloyan, Vitaly Shlyappo, Alexey Trotsyuk, Denis Zhalinsky and Mikhail Tkachenko also among the auspices. The project premiered in Russia and CIS on START in September and will come to Apple TV+ in spring 2022. (Variety.com)
DELICIOUSNESS/MESSYNESS (MTV) - The cable channel has extended both "Ridiculousness" spin-off series. The Nicole "Snooki" The Polizzi-hosted "Messyness" returns for a weeklong special event beginning at 9:00/8:00c on Monday, December 27 (after back-to-back "Ridiculousness" originals) with subsequent weekly installments due on Thursdays following "Jersey Shore Family Vacation." As for "Deliciousness," the Tiffani Thiessen-hosted series will return for a third season later in 2022. (Deadline.com)

DR. OZ SHOW, THE/GOOD DISH, THE (Syndication) - Sony Pictures Television has confirmed the Mehmet Oz-hosted "The Dr. Oz Show" will conclude on January 14 following the news Oz has announced his candidacy for Senate in Pennsylvania. The series had been cleared through the 2022-23 season. In its place, the distributor will offer up its previously announced spin-off featuring Oz's daughter, Daphne Oz, along with Gail Simmons and Jamika Pessoa, beginning January 17. Amy Chiaro and Stacy Rader of ZoCo Productions will executive produce. (Deadline.com)
GOTHAM KNIGHTS (The CW, New!) - Chad Fiveash, James Stoteraux and Natalie Abrams have set up a new DC Comics adaptation at the network: "In the wake of Bruce Wayne's murder, his rebellious adopted son forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman's enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader. And as the city's most wanted criminals, this renegade band of misfits must fight to clear their names. But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it's ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected of places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors known as the Gotham Knights." Fiveash, Stoteraux, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter and David Madden will executive produce for the Warner Bros. Television-based Berlanti Productions with Abrams as a co-executive producer. SUGAR (Apple TV+, New!) - Colin Farrell is attached to star in a potential TV series at the streamer billed as "an LA-set contemporary take on the private detective story." Writer Mark Protosevich is behind the project with Farrell, Scott Greenberg and Genre Films' Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon likewise executive producing. (Deadline.com)
WELLMANIA (Netflix, New!) - Australian comedian Celeste Barber is set to star in an eight-episode comedy series at the streamer in which "when human tornado Liv (Barber) has a major health crisis, she is forced to rethink her 'live fast die young' attitude. Throwing herself body-first into a wellness journey, she tries everything from the benign to the bizarre in an attempt to get well quick, and reclaim her old life." Brigid Delaney and Benjamin Law are behind the project, which is inspired by Delaney's novel "Wellmania: Misadventures in the Search for Wellness." Barber will also executive produce alongside Chris Oliver-Taylor and Warren Clarke; with Belinda King and Law as co-executive producers; and Romina Accurso and Bree-Anne Sykes as producers for Fremantle Australia.
