ABC NEWS TO CARRY PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH'S SPEECH AND THE DEMOCRATIC RESPONSE, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

ABC News will broadcast live coverage of President George Bush's address from the White House, as well as the Democratic response from Sen. Jack Reed (RI), beginning at 9:00 p.m., ET on Thursday, September 13. Charles Gibson will anchor the network's coverage from Washington, DC, and will be joined by Chief Washington Correspondent George Stephanopoulos.

"Nightline" will have additional coverage (at approximately 11:55 p.m., ET).*

The President's address and the democratic response will also be carried on ABC News Radio and ABC News Now, with additional coverage on ABCNEWS.com.

* Please note: In Eastern and Central time zones, ABC's original program lineup for tomorrow night -- "Ugly Betty," "Grey's Anatomy" and "MEN IN TREES," will air in its entirety; however all times will slide approximately 25 minutes to accommodate President Bush's address.
