DREW COMPETES WITH MIMI FOR AN OPEN POSITION - When the employee representative on the store's board of directors retires, several people compete for the position, including Drew (Drew Carey) and Mimi (Kathy Kinney). They must convince a current board member to vote for them. Drew secretly buys a motivational book on business success and impresses Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson). When Mimi fails to get a vote from an elderly board member by flirting with him, she steals Drew's book. Without his book, Drew loses confidence and embarrasses himself during a luncheon with the board members. Drew desperately performs magic tricks to gain votes.
