SUPER BOWL'S GREATEST COMMERCIALS 2010, an interactive countdown special where viewers will be able to vote LIVE for their top pick, hosted by Jim Nantz, Lead Play-by-Play Announcer of THE NFL ON CBS, and co-host Lara Spencer, host of THE INSIDER, will be broadcast Wednesday, February 3 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Sponsors present their best commercials during the Super Bowl and the big game wouldn't be quite the same without them. For the advertising community, the Super Bowl is, well, their Super Bowl, and often creates commercials specifically for the enormous viewership that the game provides. For many, watching the commercials is the most fun part of the Super Bowl and, at millions of dollars for 30 seconds of air time, advertisers try to get their money's worth by rolling out their most creative and innovative spots. This one-hour special, now in its 10th year, will originate from Land Shark Stadium in Miami and showcase the greatest Super Bowl Commercials of all time, as well as spotlight the 10 best of the past decade.

The special will count down the 10 greatest Super Bowl commercials from the past 10 years, which will vie for the number one spot. Viewers can go now to www.cbs.com/superbowl to watch them and vote for their favorite. The top three picks will be revealed during the show and, in a special live vote during the broadcast on www.cbs.com/superbowl, viewers will decide which commercial will take home the ultimate title.

Viewers will also be able to catch a sneak peek of this year's most anticipated commercials before the big game, as well as get a behind-the-scenes look at how their favorite spots are made.

Jim Nantz, the 2008 Emmy Award winner for "Outstanding Sports Personality - Play-by-Play" and National Sportscaster of the Year, has covered virtually every sport for the CBS Television Network since joining it in 1985. He has been the lead play-by-play voice for THE NFL ON CBS since 2004, teaming up with lead analyst Phil Simms on the Network's number one NFL announce team. For six years (1998-2003) he anchored the Network's NFL pre-game studio show, THE NFL TODAY. During a 63-day span in 2007, Nantz became the first commentator in history to complete a rare broadcasting triple - calling the Super Bowl, NCAA Men's Final Four and the Masters.

His other extensive credits include serving as host of THE SUPER BOWL TODAY, CBS Sports' Super Bowl XXXV and Super Bowl XXXVIII pre-game shows; lead play-by-play announcer for college basketball, including the Final Four and Championship game; anchor of CBS's golf coverage, including the Masters and the PGA Championship; and primetime host of CBS Sports' coverage of the 1998 Olympic Winter Games.

In 2008, Nantz co-authored with Eli Spielman the New York Times bestseller, Always By My Side. The book climbed to No. 3 on the New York Times list, the highest-rank achieved this year by a sports book. Always By My Side spent seven weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. In it, Nantz tells his personal stories from football, basketball and golf and how he met people along the way who reminded him of the virtues his father instilled in him. The foreword to the book was written by one of his father figures and dear friend, former President George H.W. Bush

Nantz was named the 2008 National Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. This marks the fourth time in his career that he has been named the National Sportscaster of the Year; he also won the award in 2005, 2007 and 1998 and now joins Schenkel and Scott as the only CBS broadcasters to win the award more than once. Nantz, Pat Summerall, Chris Schenkel, Ray Scott and John Madden are the only commentators to ever win the award while working at CBS Sports. Nantz also was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as the youngest recipient of the Curt Gowdy Media Award in 2002.

This year, Lara Spencer celebrates her second season based in Los Angeles as host of "The Insider." Previously, Spencer served as their New York-based co-anchor, a role she began at the show's inception in 2004 when it premiered as the highest-rated debut of any newsmagazine in syndication since 1996. While at "The Insider," Spencer has covered numerous high-profile stories, red carpet moments, and interviewed many of the industry's biggest stars, including Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Angelina Jolie, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep and Leonardo DiCaprio.

In 2009, Spencer also hosted the Young Hollywood Awards and co-hosted the "Live From the Red Carpet" Daytime Emmy Pre-Show. She also served as a guest expert on The CW's top-rated show, "America's Next Top Model," and has been a special co-host of CBS's "The Early Show" numerous times. Spencer has hosted two CBS primetime television specials: "Red Carpet Confidential" and "An Entertainment Tonight Event - Celebrity Weddings Unveiled."

She moved to a national stage in 1999 when she joined "Good Morning America" as a national correspondent. In 2003, Spencer signed on as host of the most-watched series on PBS, "Antiques Roadshow." She hosted the show from 2004-05 while pulling double duty as co-anchor of "The Insider."
