ALEX TELLS THE WORLD THAT SHE AND HER BROTHERS ARE WIZARDS IN THE SEASON FOUR PREMIERE OF "WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE,"
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12 ON DISNEY CHANNEL
"Alex Tells The World" - After escaping from a government agency that was holding them captive, the Russos return home to find they no longer have contact with the wizard world. Worried for the safety and well-being of wizards everywhere, Alex holds a press conference outside The Waverly Substation, during which she announces that she and her brothers are wizards. However, by exposing her family's secret, she has inadvertently jeopardized the future for herself, Justin and Max, in a new episode of "Wizards of Waverly Place," premiering FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12 (9:30-10:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.
Starring are Selena Gomez as Alex Russo, David Henrie as Justin Russo, Jake T. Austin as Max Russo, Jennifer Stone as Harper Finkle, Maria Canals-Barrera as Theresa Russo and David Deluise as Jerry Russo.
Guest starring is Gregg Sulkin (of the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie "Avalon High" and Disney Channel UK's "As The Bell Rings") as Mason.
The episode was written by Gigi McCreery and Perry Rein and directed by Victor Gonzalez.

DESCRIPTION: (from Disney Channel's press release, November 2011) The Russo siblings -- Justin, Alex and Max -- face a sudden and ultimate test to determine which one of them will be entitled to keep their wizardly powers. After 106 episodes of the Emmy Award-winning hit comedy, the answer will finally be revealed on a special one hour episode premiering FRIDAY, JANUARY 6 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. The Emmy-Award winning series ignited the careers of Hollywood Records recording artist Selena Gomez, David Henrie and Jake T. Austin, who joined the show at 14, 18 and 12 years of age, respectively. Also starring are Jennifer Stone, Maria Canals-Barrera and David DeLuise. In the one hour episode, popular guest stars Bridgit Mendler ("Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!") and Gregg Sulkin (Disney Channel UK's "As The Bell Rings," "Avalon High") return as Justin's vampire girlfriend Juliet Van Heusen and Alex's werewolf boyfriend Mason. |
