TIM MATHESON DIRECTS / GARY COLE GUEST STARS AS ZOE'S (RACHEL BILSON) FATHER - Zoe (Bilson) has conflicted feelings about seeing her estranged father, world-renowned surgeon Ethan Hart (Cole), who has agreed to travel to Bluebell to perform surgery on George's (Scott Porter) father (guest star Eric Pierpoint) as a favor to Zoe. Fearful of losing George, Lemon (Jaime King) decides she must befriend Zoe in order to prevent her from telling George about Lemon's affair with Lavon (Cress Williams). Meanwhile, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Rammer Jammer, the owner (guest star John Marshall Jones) hosts a signature cocktail contest between Wade (Wilson Bethel) and Shelley (guest star Deborah S.
