OFFICERS HIT THE STREETS ON "COPS" SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23, ON FOX

Officers from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office question a man riding a bicycle, but when the suspect runs away, the police find him at his residence hiding in his daughter's bed. Next, officers from the Newport News Police Department locate three suspects sitting inside a car and search the vehicle after noticing drugs being hidden between the seats. Finally, the Chattanooga Police Department responds to a domestic disturbance call following a report that a man threatened to attack his girlfriend with a brick in the "Street Arrests #3" episode of COPS airing Saturday, Feb. 23 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. One of the longest running series in television history, "Cops" will keep its long-held Saturday night timeslot at 8PM ET/PT. The September 14 premiere episode will ride along with law enforcement officers in Stockton, CA, Sarasota County, FL and Amarillo, TX. "Cops" allows viewers to ride along with the men and women of law enforcement every week as they take on everything from domestic disputes to car chases. Created by John Langley, the ground-breaking series premiered on March 11, 1989, and has aired over 900 new episodes. The show has followed officers in 140 different cities in the United States and in Hong Kong, London, and the former Soviet Union.
