THE WIFE AND THE GIRLFRIEND OF 90S MUSICAL ARTISTS GERARDO AND SISQO SWAP LIVES, ON THE SEASON FINALE OF ABC'S "CELEBRITY WIFE SWAP"

"Gerardo/Sisqo" - The wife and the girlfriend of two of the 90s' biggest musical artists swap lives and homes for one week, on the Season Finale of "Celebrity Wife Swap," SUNDAY, JULY 28 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

In "Celebrity Wife Swap," two mothers of celebrity families, each with opposing values, trade households, lifestyles and children (but not bedrooms) in a week-long challenge. In the first part of the exchange, each mom moves into the other's home and agrees to follow a manual of "household rules" written by the departing mother, including how to parent, manage their social life, do house work, unwind and more. Everything changes in the second half of the week, when "new mommy" takes charge, introduces her own set of rules and runs the "nest" her way. At the end of the week the two couples meet for the first time. In a raw, honest and highly-charged exchange of views, the couples will make frank assessments of each other and discuss their experiences, having had a very real taste of what life would be like in someone else's family.

Gerardo Mejia, best known for his hit song "Rico Suave," lives in Chino, California with his wife, Kathy, and their children, 17-year-old Nadia and 12-year-old Jaden. In the Mejia home, Gerardo is definitely the boss. Now a music executive and lay pastor, he is a strict disciplinarian who knows where his kids are at all times. Gerardo also keeps an open door policy and hosts a weekly bible study in his home for between 50-80 people. Kathy is responsible for all of the cooking, cleaning and laundry, while Gerardo and the kids have no household responsibilities.

Sisqo, the man behind the 90s multi-platinum hit "The Thong Song," lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his girlfriend, Elizabeth, his 18-year-old daughter, Shaione, and his and Elizabeth's 11- month-old son, Ryu. Sisqo is a family man who shares household responsibilities, including all of the cooking. Appearance is very important to Sisqo and Elizabeth; the couple like to color coordinate their outfits and stick to a 1200-calorie diet while exercising regularly in "sauna suits" to help sweat away extra calories.

When Kathy and Elizabeth meet their new families, they get along well, but both women definitely see major differences in how their households operate. And when it's time for the rules change, Kathy wants to get Sisqo to loosen up - and takes steps to help Sisqo's daughter further her career dreams -- while Elizabeth wants Gerardo and the kids to appreciate Kathy more, especially with all that she does at home.

"Celebrity Wife Swap" is produced by Zodiak USA. Bruce Toms and Tony Yates serve as executive producers. The series is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HD format, with 5.1-channel sound. This program carries a TV-PG,L parental guideline.
