And Immediately Following the Exciting Season Finale, Nick, Raven and Vanessa Look Back at the Dramatic Ending to Their Journey to Find Love, Live, on 'The Bachelor: After the Final Rose'

New Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay Also Makes a Special Appearance on the Live 'After the Final Rose' Special

"Episode 2110" - The compelling live three-hour television event will begin with America watching along with the studio audience, as Nick Viall's journey to find love comes to its astonishing conclusion.

After his dreams of finding love were cut short when both bachelorettes Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe left him heartbroken, Nick has narrowed down the field of 30 bachelorettes to two captivating women - Raven and Vanessa - both of whom he is falling for. Who does Nick, after much soul-searching, see as his future wife? It is no surprise that he is anxious, conflicted and fearful of being rejected again. Find out if Nick gets his happy ending on the season finale of "The Bachelor," MONDAY, MARCH 13 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network.

Immediately following the dramatic season finale, emotions run high as Nick sits down with Chris Harrison - live - to discuss his final two women of the season: Raven, the beautiful Southern belle, and Vanessa, the passionate special-needs teacher. The Bachelor takes us back to the snow-capped winter wonderland of Finland where he spent the emotional last days of his journey. Both ladies are back to sit with Nick to talk about the sensational outcome and their relationships with him. It's the live, unpredictable ending to his adventure to find everlasting true love, live, on "The Bachelor: After the Final Rose," also airing MONDAY, MARCH 13 (10:01-11:00 p.m. EST). Additionally, Rachel Lindsay makes a special appearance right before she begins her own journey to find love.

Nick's search for his soul mate is almost over, and after many tears, drama and surprises, it has come down to two fascinating women. The Bachelor brings both Raven and Vanessa to meet his family in hopes that their insight will help him decide which bachelorette would be the best fit for him and them.

Raven makes a lasting first impression, winning over Nick's parents and his sister Bella. However a cautious Vanessa leaves Nick's parents worried when she can't say whether she would be ready to accept a proposal. Nick hopes his final dates with the two women will bring closure to a decision that is splitting his heart in two.

Nick's final date with Vanessa starts as a hike to a special secret destination: the snow-covered cottage of Santa Claus. Santa's workshop even has a special gift for Vanessa. But the evening portion is dominated by what compromises they will need to make on where to live and family traditions. Her lingering questions and the fact that she may not be ready to accept a proposal leave Nick with a haunting apprehension of his past. Would he be left at the altar again if he asks Vanessa to marry him?

Raven's kind heart and easy-going manner scores points with Nick. They spend their final day together ice skating hand-in-hand on a frozen lake. Later, over an intimate dinner, she reminds Nick why he is falling in love with her. She is ready to take the next step in their future together.

Now Nick is left with uneasiness and growing uncertainty about who should be his future wife.

Who really has captured his heart? Who will he propose to? And this time will she say, yes?

The two remaining women are:

Raven, 25, fashion boutique owner, Hoxie, AR

Vanessa, 29, special education teacher, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
