DC COMICS' CHARACTER ABRA KADABRA VISITS CENTRAL CITY - The Flash (Grant Gustin) battles Abra Kadabra (guest star David Dastmalchian), a villain from Earth-19, who makes him a tempting offer - release him and Abra Kadara will reveal Savitar's true identity. Desperate to save Iris (Candice Patton), Barry considers taking the deal but Gypsy (guest star Jessica Camacho) breaches in to capture the villain for her own reasons and during the melee, Abra Kadabra manages to escape. Barry is furious that Gypsy interfered but Gypsy refuses to back down, forcing Cisco (Carlos Valdes) to take sides. Meanwhile, Julian (Tom Felton) is still a bit cold towards Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) but when she is severely injured in a battle with Gypsy, he rushes to her side. Nina Lopez-Corrado directed the episode with story by Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Brooke Roberts & David Kob (#318). Original airdate 3/28/2017.

DESCRIPTION:
(from The CW's press release, May 2018) Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) lived a normal life as a perpetually tardy C.S.I. in the Central City Police Department. Barry's life changed forever when the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, creating a dark-matter lightning storm that struck Barry, bestowing him with super-speed and making him the fastest man alive - The Flash. After spending six months inside the Speed Force, Flash's two closest friends, his fiancé, and his adoptive father - Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), Iris West (Candice Patton), and Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) - freed him. But in doing so, they opened up Central City to a new batch of villains called the bus-metas; a perilous outcome masterminded by an evil uber-genius known as The Thinker (Neil Sandilands). The team takes on The Thinker to protect the people of Central City, but winning this battle may come at a high price. Based on the characters from DC, THE FLASH is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros.
