"JEOPARDY!" CHAMPION KEN JENNINGS TO HEADLINE NEW "STUMP THE MASTER" SEGMENT ON GSN LIVE

Viewers Will Try to Stump Jennings to Win $1,000

(SANTA MONICA, Calif.) Friday, October 10, 2008 All-time "Jeopardy!" winner Ken Jennings is bringing his mastery of all things trivia to the new weekly "Stump the Master" segment on GSN LIVE, premiering Friday, Oct. 31, 2008 from 5PM ET/4PM C to 6PM ET/5PM C.

Each week, at-home viewers can submit ten questions at GSN.COM for their chance to "Stump the Master." Presented with four categories relating to the best questions submitted, Jennings will select one category and the viewer will challenge him by phone on GSN LIVE.

If the viewer is able to "Stump the Master," they will win $1,000 plus a prize for having their question selected. In addition, following the first time Jennings is stumped, the "Rolling Jackpot" will start where each question Jennings answers correctly will increase the Jackpot by $1,000.

"Ever since my 'Jeopardy!' appearance, people really enjoy trying to stump me with trivia questions every time I walk my dog or go to the grocery store. Inviting viewers to do the same on GSN Live seemed like it would be even more fun," said Jennings. "I look forward to wrestling with the toughest trivia questions that America's smartest smarty-pants can devise."
