MIXOLOGY (ABC, New!) - Jon Lucas and Scott Moore's single-camera comedy - which chronicles the exploits of singles in search of love over the course of one night - has been given a pilot order by the Alphabet. ABC Studios is behind the half-hour, which was given a put pilot commitment back in October. (Deadline.com)
AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Showtime has renewed its late-night series "Gigolos" and "Polyamory" (Variety.com); Salma Hayek is the latest "30 Rock" alum set to return for the show's final episode (EW.com); Dylan Walsh will visit "Castle" in a two-part episode as "an even-keeled FBI investigator who works with Rick and Kate when a murder investigation exposes a plot to kidnap the daughter of a wealthy Middle Eastern businessman" (TVLine.com); Derek Luke will recur on FX's upcoming "The Americans" as "a civil rights activist-turned-KGB asset" (THR.com); Rena Sofer has been cast as Queen Eva, the mother of Ginnifer Goodwin's Snow on "Once Upon a Time" (TVGuide.com); and Warner Bros.
