CATCH-22 (Hulu) - Daniel David Stewart, Austin Stowell, Rafi Gavron, Graham Patrick Martin, Pico Alexander, Jon Rudnitsky, Gerran Howell and Lewis Pullman have all boarded the limited series, billed as the story of the incomparable, artful dodger, Yossarian (Christopher Abbott), a US Air Force bombardier in World War II who is furious because thousands of people he has never met are trying to kill him. Stewart will play Milo, "a quintessential Brooklyn native, possessed with the fierce determination and charm to bring his grand plans to fruition"; with Stowell as Nately, "Yossarian's closest friend"; Gavron as Aarfy, "Yossarian's navigator who is frequently lost"; Martin as Orr, "Yossarian's tentmate, and pilot of another plane in Yossarian's squadron"; Alexander as Clevinger, "the pilot of another plane"; Rudnitsky as McWatt, "Yossarian's pilot"; Howell as Kid Sampson, "McWatt's shy, boyish co-pilot, whose unspectacular and unremarkable life will end - spectacularly and remarkably - at McWatt's hands"; and Pullman as Major Major, "an Air Corps Cadet who later becomes Squadron Commander." (Deadline.com)
CHANNEL ZERO (Syfy) - Brandon Scott, Maria Sten, Steven Robertson and Steven Weber are set to star in "The Dream Door," the fourth installment of the anthology series. Sten and Scott play newlyweds Jillian and Tom, "who have each brought secrets into their marriage. When they discover a strange door in their basement, those secrets start to threaten their relationship - and their lives." Robertson then will play Ian, "Tom and Jillian's next door neighbor, an open-minded psychology grad student who becomes involved in Tom and Jillian's bizarre experience with the mysterious door in their basement." And Weber is Abel Carnacki, "Jillian's therapist. He has been listening to Jillian long enough to know about her trust issues and where they stem from." Nick Antosca and Evan Katz are among the auspices. (Deadline.com)
FEED, THE (Amazon) - Guy Burnet, Nina Toussaint White, David Thewlis and Michelle Fairley are the first to board the 10-episode drama, based on the novel by Nick Clark Windo: "Set in London in the near future, it centers on the British family of Lawrence Hatfield (Thewlis), the man who invented an omnipresent technology called The Feed. Implanted into nearly everyone's brain, The Feed enables people to share information, emotions and memories instantly. But when things start to go wrong and users become murderous, the family is driven apart as they struggle to control the monster they have unleashed. Lawrence Hatfield's wife Meredith (Fairley) is the CEO of the powerful global mega-company which runs The Feed. Her first-born son, Tom Hatfield (Burnet), was the subject of his father's early experiments on inserting the neural mesh that connects people to The Feed. Being his father's guinea pig has come at a cost to their relationship, and Tom is reluctant to use the seductive technology. Tom is married to Kate (White), a young American who shares his wariness to being constantly "on." When the young couple give birth to a baby daughter, it coincides to changes to The Feed that will have dramatic consequences for the family and the whole world." (Deadline.com)
LAST MAN STANDING (ABC) - Producer 20th Century Fox TV is reportedly mulling a seventh season revival at sibling FOX. Star/executive producer Tim Allen is already attached to said effort with talks underway with his fellow co-stars and creative team. Nancy Travis and Hector Elizondo however are currently in first position on comedies at Netflix and NBC. (Deadline.com)
LOVECRAFT COUNTRY (HBO) - Wunmi Mosaku is the latest addition to the Jonathan Majors/Jurnee Smollett-Bell-led drama as Rudy Dandridge, "a hustler just like her half-sister Leticia, only her hustles haven't paid off. Her family ties are tested when she's presented with an offer she can't refuse." (Deadline.com)
UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT (Netflix) - The show's upcoming fourth season - part one of which is due on May 30 - will reportedly be its last. Producer Universal Television is said to be in talks for a wrap up movie. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED MEEK MILL PROJECT (Amazon, New!) - Rapper Meek Mill is set to be the focus of a six-part documentary series from The Intellectual Property Corporation and Roc Nation that "will follow his fight for exoneration while exposing flaws in the criminal justice system. Meek, born Robert Rihmeek Williams, was sent to county jail for two to four years in November 2017 after an Instagram video of him popping a wheelie was posted. This marked the third time Judge Genece Brinkley sent the rapper to prison for violating his probation from a 2008 gun and drug case. The sentencing was deemed as too severe and immediately received a backlash and brought the debate of criminal justice reform to the forefront." Due in 2019, Shawn Carter, Eli Holzman, Aaron Saidman, Paul Solotaroff and Isaac Solotaroff are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)
