NEW YORK -- November 16, 2004 -- NBC's fast-growing freshman weekend news program, "Your Total Health" delivered season-high ratings nationally and in many major markets for the week ending November 7, 2004. "Your Total Health," which is distributed by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution and produced by NBC News, airs weekends in national syndication (check local listings.)

According to Nielsen Media Research data, "Your Total Health" delivered its best-ever ratings in total viewers and households. For the week, "Your Total Health" posted 1.5 million viewers and a 1.2 national household rating (up 50 % in HH from previous week). "Your Total Health" also had its best-ever ratings in women 18-34 (0.7), women 18-49 (0.9) and women 25-54 (1.0).

"Your Total Health" reached season-high household ratings in several top markets including New York (1.3), Los Angeles (1.0), San Francisco (1.4), Atlanta (1.2), Denver (2.0) and Cincinnati (2.7). "Your Total Health" was also the number one rated program in households in its time period in many major markets including New York (1.3), Chicago (1.1), Washington, D.C. (1.4), Detroit (2.5), Cleveland (1.7), Miami (2.1) and Denver (2.0). "Your Total Health" improved on its lead-in in seven out of the top-ten markets ? Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Detroit.

Country superstar Lee Ann Rimes talks about her lifetime battle with the unglamorous skin condition of eczema. (Weekend of November 20)

Acclaimed singer/songwriter Patti LaBelle talks about her struggle with Type 2 Diabetes. (Weekend of November 27)

"Your Total Health" is a weekly news program that will help viewers make sense of new technology and fast-moving developments of health and medicine and tells personal stories of how people quietly struggle and overcome, health issues. The show, which is based in New York, is hosted by Hoda Kotb, produced by NBC News and distributed in national syndication by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution.
