NEW YORK, Jan. 8 -- Hot on the heels of the
record-breaking first season, "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels," comes back
with a fresh new take on this wildly exciting relationship show. Known as
the bandana-clad, blue-eyed lead singer/songwriter of Poison, Michaels
takes season two to all- new heights of rock-n-roll insanity!
After handing in her VIP pass at the season one reunion special, Jes,
the pink-haired beauty, proved she was not fit to handle Michaels'
rock-star lifestyle. But the tour continues on and the Poison frontman is
searching again for someone to 'rock his world.' The second season of "Rock
of Love with Bret Michaels," premiering on Sunday, January 13 at 9:00 PM*,
starts with a bang as Bret greets the 20 beautiful new women pining for his
heart by pulling up in a red Ferrari and one contestant has so much fun
that she sleeps through the first elimination.
Residing with Michaels in his new Los Angeles rock palace, these women
will be tested on their devotion to him and their love and understanding of
all that is rock-n-roll. To help narrow the field, Michaels will put these
women through various challenges, which include a talent show, Mud Bowl 2,
rodeo, custom chopper & video vixen challenges. The ladies that succeed in
these challenges will join Michaels on some wild and exclusive excursions,
while those who can't hang like true backstage VIPs will be escorted out in
bona fide rock star fashion.
Whether it's partying on the tour bus, jetting-off to a sun-kissed
beach, or hanging with Michaels' celebrity friends, the series follows this
new batch of ladies on the rollercoaster ride of their lives. They'll all
get a taste of living the rock star life, but in the end, only one lucky
lady will win an all access pass to his heart.
VH1.com will sneak peek episode one beginning Friday, January 11 -
Sunday, January 13 and will be home to exclusive video content throughout
the season. Each episode will be available on VH1.com for two days each
week following its on-air premiere. VH1 Mobile will also offer select "Rock
