Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (2/21/17):

NBC (7.448 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.8, #1) was the adults 18-49 champ on Tuesday with the season finale of "The Wall" (5.903 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T5) followed by new episodes of "This Is Us" (9.373 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 2.5, #1) and "Chicago Fire" (7.069 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.6, #T2).

CBS (11.555 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2) then was the silver draw with its trio of "NCIS" (14.688 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.6, #T2), "Bull" (10.561 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #7) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (9.416 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8).

Next up was ABC (3.710 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3) with originals from "The Middle" (6.257 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.5, #4), "American Housewife" (5.176 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T5), "Fresh Off the Boat" (3.798 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8), "The Real O'Neals" (2.914 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T12) and "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" (2.059 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T15).
