(from Apple's press release, January 2026) Today, sixteen years after the publication of his celebrated memoir, "Open: An Autobiography," widely regarded as one of the greatest sports books in American literature, Apple TV announced that it will be home to a multi-part documentary series on the incredible life of Andre Agassi. The series, which will tell the thrilling, complex and inspiring story of an American legend, will be directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Chris Smith, produced by Smith's Library Films, and executive produced by Stacy Smith and Justin Gimelstob. |
