Prison Break

The panel's description: "In their first visit to Comic-Con, stars Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell and Sarah Wayne Callies and producers Matt Olmstead, Kevin Hooks, and Dawn Parouse give a special sneak peek at the show's upcoming fourth season and take questions from the audience."

6:29 PM: The Wentworth Miller watch has begun. What are the odds people ask for hugs?

6:30 PM: We're just told since "24" ran long "Prison Break" will start in 15 minutes.

6:32 PM: Set to appear: Dominic Purcell, Matt Olmstead, Wentworth Miller, Sarah Wayne Callies, Kevin Hooks and Dawn Parouse. I think this may be the first time back-to-back panels each featured previously thought dead characters returning alive.

6:44 PM: Holy crap they just showed the first act of the season premiere! In short, Michael tearing down plans for something a la the pilot and saying he's tracked Gretchen to Los Angeles. This is followed by Whistler going all James Bond at the Roosevelt Hotel... more on this in a second.

6:46 PM: And they're here - except Wentworth! Matt informs us he had filming commitments that preventing him from coming. Like a thousand girls just went "nooooooooooo!"

6:48 PM: Sarah says Michael/Sarah fans will be happy by the end of the season premiere.

6:49 PM: More about the footage - Whistler is helped by Gretchen and Mahone to buy some sort of data disk the Company wants. This leads to a Mexican standoff between Whistler, Gretchen... and Michael. But Michael lets them go after Gretchen mentions that Sarah is alive (they faked it the bastards!)... the end for now.

6:50 PM: "I have so many oragami swans at home," Sarah says about the fans efforts to bring her back. She goes on to say her arc will revolve around her trying to love Michael after going through something so horrific as being a hostage.

6:52 PM: Matt notes that they've completed production on four episodes.

6:53 PM: Someone asks Dominic about "John Doe" and what his deal was. "He was basically the Messiah returned," he notes, adding he's grateful for the fans who still come up to him about it.

6:57 PM: Matt says it was important that Michael finally gets to go after his tormentors, the Company.

6:59 PM: Sarah asks if Matt can write in a particularly outrageously costumed fan (I'm told he's dressed as someone from "Avataar.")

7:01 PM: A fan asks about the fate of the other cast members. Sucre, Bellick and T-Bag are definitely back. "The deck gets shuffled up a little bit in terms of alliances," he adds.

7:02 PM: Dominic notes the writers let the actors be spontaneous and play with their words.

7:03 PM: Doh! Starting to run out of laptop power. Let's hope I make it to the end.

7:07 PM: More Dominic: "Working with Wentworth has been one of the easiest experiences in my professional career."

7:08 PM: A fan wishes Sarah a happy first birthday for her daughter. This leads Dominic to laugh as he has four of his own. (Is that right? I'm starting to get Comic-Con Fatigue, TM Pending.)

7:10 PM: Matt says the crux of the show is that bad people and good people will work together if they have a common goal. Dawn adds the writers have done a good job of adding new layers to characters like T-Bag, making them a little more gray.

7:12 PM: A fan brings up the bizarre ending sequence to season two in which The Padman (Leon Rossum, who will have a larger role in season four) goes into some sort of "animal testing facility. " Matt says they still might revisit it but it was only meant to add a little bit of intrigue and mystery to potentially go back to later.

7:15 PM: "Season four is more about breaking into someplace as opposed to breaking out," Matt offers as a final tease.

7:16 PM: Wow, people are rushing the stage. That's all for day two! Once again, check back later tonight for photos and such.

Note: My apologies for the lackluster picture quality - the lighting in room 6CDEF makes it impossible to get a decent shot without moving directly in front of the panel.
