DESCRIPTION: (from RHI Entertainment's web site) Struggling to protect the Timorese people following their politically volatile move for independence from Indonesia, Julie Fortin and commanding officer Mark Waldman embark on their missions. For Julie, it’s risking a perilous trek into the hills to persuade the 300 guerrillas in hiding to exercise their newfound political freedom by voting.
