BAD BOY (Netflix, New!) - The streamer has acquired the eight-part Israeli drama series from writer Ron Leshem and director Hagar Ben-Asher: "Inspired by a true story, Bad Boy revolves around Dean, who was held in a cruel juvenile detention facility in his youth and befriends a mysterious teenage prisoner serving time for murder. Twenty years later, Dean is a star comedian who is desperate to keep his record of youthful imprisonment a secret." Daniel Chen, Havtamo Farda and Guy Manster star in the project, which originates from Israeli Broadcaster HOT, Tedy Productions, The North Road Company and Sipur. (THR.com, 11/25)
CLEANING LADY, THE (FOX) - Daniel Bonjour and Alain Uy are both bound for the series' new season. Bonjour will appear as Dr. Dupont, "an overworked attending physician at a clinic serving one of Las Vegas' poorest neighborhoods." And Uy is Feng, "who is wryly observant but with a dangerous side. Feng has a knack for running elaborate schemes for the Asian mob and has become an asset to international crime bosses worldwide." (Deadline.com, 11/25)
EINSTEIN (CBS) - Rosa Salazar will star opposite Matthew Gray Gubler in the drama pilot: "Salazar's Maddie Paris is a Detective Inspector for the New Jersey State Police, who went into law enforcement after the death of her husband. Sharp and disciplined, Maddie demands a lot from her colleagues and even more from herself and feels conflicted about working with Professor Lew Einstein (Gubler)." (Deadline.com, 11/26)
ÉTOILE (Amazon) - David Haig has joined the cast of the upcoming ballet drama in a yet-to-be-revealed role. (Deadline.com, 11/26)

LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME (Peacock) - John Shiban has exited the series as showrunner, marking the fifth such exit in the past four years. Matt Olmstead, its original showrunner, has since taken over the series, which is halfway through production on its 10-episode order. (Deadline.com, 11/25)
MADE FOR TV WITH BOMAN MARTINEZ-REID (Roku, New!) - The streamer has acquired the Canadian series starring Boman Martinez-Reid: "Fusing elements of sitcoms, mockumentaries and reality shows, each episode follows Boman as he tackles a new genre of television with the help of celebrity advisors and 'real' people." James Hyslop and Jo Virgo are the executive producers for Alibi Entertainment with Natalie Metcalfe as creator. All six episodes will drop on December 1. (THR.com, 11/25)
PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS (Disney+) - Courtney B. Vance has signed onto the series as Zeus, succeeding the late Lance Reddick. (Variety.com, 11/25)
SILENT RIVER (Amazon, New!) - John Krasinski and Matthew Rhys are set to team for a new drama series at Amazon MGM Studios: "Told through the lens of two men - played by Krasinski and Rhys - whose lives are far more connected than they realize, Silent River explores the cracks of small-town America in the wake of discovering a serial killer among them." Aaron Rabin is behind the project with Krasinski also set to direct the debut installment. Sunday Night's Allyson Seeger and director Andrew Bernstein will also executive produce alongside said group. (Deadline.com, 11/26)
SUITS LA (NBC) - Rachelle Goulding and Azita Ghanizada are both set to recur on the series. Goulding will portray Samantha, "a powerful entertainment lawyer in her own right who runs the firm that competes with Ted's for top-dog status in Los Angeles. She's also his ex-girlfriend." And Ghanizada is Roslyn, "Ted's loyal and straight-shooting secretary who's been with him through thick and thin. She serves as a steady hand and sounding board as Ted navigates a new set of professional circumstances." (Deadline.com, 11/25)
TIRES (Netflix) - Thomas Haden Church is bound for the show's second season as Phil, "Shane's wealthy but immature father. A grown-up version of Shane, Phil enjoys owning various businesses in Florida where he resides, throwing back margaritas and flirting with waitresses." (Deadline.com, 11/26)
UNTITLED JAMES WAN & SIMU LIU PROJECT (Peacock) - Sara Amini will recur on the "espionage techno-thriller" series as Ellie, "who works with admin support for Alexander's new operation." (Deadline.com, 11/25)
