ALIEN: EARTH (FX on Hulu) - The feature-turned-TV series has booked the following as guest stars in top secret roles: Richa Moorjani, Karen Aldridge, Enzo Cilenti, Max Rinehart, Amir Boutrous, Victoria Masoma, Tom Moya, Andy Yu, Michael Smiley, Jamie Bisping, and Tanapol Chuksrida. BAYWATCH (FOX) - Matt Nix has come onboard the proposed reboot series and "is doing rewrites to the high-profile title." (Deadline.com, 3/4)
BOSTON BLUE (CBS) - The "Blue Bloods" spin-off originated as a Boston cop family show from creators Brandon Sonnier and Brandon Margolis entitled "Jamaica Plain." (Deadline.com, 3/4)
BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER (Apple TV+) - The Matthew McConaughey/Woody Harrelson-led comedy series has added Oona Yaffe, Highdee Kuan, Nolan Almeida, Ella Grace Helton, and Noah Carganilla. Almeida, Helton and Carganilla will play Matthew's children while Yaffe and Kuan will play Woody's children. (Deadline.com, 3/6)
CHICAGO FIRE (NBC) - Eamonn Walker's Wallace Boden is set to return for the show's 18th episode this season, due on April 16. In "Post Mortem," "Boden has been tasked by Commissioner Grissom to run a post-incident analysis following a house fire that collapses with a firefighter inside." (Deadline.com, 3/5)
CONNERS, THE (ABC) - Zoe Perry will appear in two episodes of the series opposite her real-life mother Laurie Metcalf as "a cop who gives Jackie a hard time about considering rejoining the police force at her age." (TVLine.com, 3/5)
CUPERTINO (CBS) - The script for Robert King and Michelle King's Silicon Valley-set legal drama is "in and well received" however "with the pipeline pretty full at the moment, no one is in a rush, with the project, bought last August, remaining on a priority development track while the Kings work on their existing series through the CBS Studios overall deal." DADDIO (FOX, New!) - A comedy written by and starring Casey Wilson, based on her short, is said to be among the scripts under consideration at the network for next season. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
DEA (FOX, New!) - A drama from actor/writer Carlos Bernard is said to be among the scripts under consideration at the network for next season. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
DMV (CBS) - The Eye has ordered a backup script for the comedy pilot, which "tested well." (Deadline.com, 3/4)
DOC MARTIN (FOX, New!) - A script from Liz Tuccillo - presumably a domestic take on the long-running British drama - is said to be among those under consideration at the network for next season. The original series is detailed as follows: "After developing a fear of blood, Martin, formerly a hotshot surgeon, is forced to change careers and relocate to the charming town of Portwenn, where he clashes with the village's quirky inhabitants." ETERNALLY YOURS (CBS) - Joe Port and Joe Wiseman are just now starting a development room for their proposed vampire comedy series. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
EUPHORIA (HBO) - Asante Blackk will recur on the upcoming third season as Kidd, "a runner for a ruthless kingpin played by new series regular Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje." (Deadline.com, 3/7)
FAUDA (Netflix) - The long-in-the-works fifth season of the Israeli series is set to begin filming in late April. (Variety.com, 3/5)
FBI: INTERNATIONAL/FBI: MOST WANTED (CBS) - The network has canceled both spin-off series: the former after four seasons and the latter after six seasons. It's unclear if producer Universal Television plans to shop the projects elsewhere. Flagship series "FBI" is currently in year one of three-season renewal announced in 2024 while a third potential spin-off, "FBI: CIA," will be set up in an episode later this season. FIRST CLASS FRIENDS (FOX, New!) - A post office comedy from Bashir Salahuddin and Diallo Riddle is said to be among the scripts under consideration at the network for next season. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
FRIENDS & FAMILY (ABC, New!) - A Cobie Smulders-led comedy from writer Morgan Murphy was listed as among the scripts believed to be in consideration for midseason 2026 at the network. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
HARRY POTTER LIVE-ACTION SERIES (HBO) - Oscar- and Emmy-nominatee Janet McTeer and Emmy nominee Paapa Essiedu are in final talks to join the series as Minerva McGonagall and Severus Snape, respectively. Said roles were played by the late Maggie Smith and Alan Rickman in the original film incarnations. (Deadline.com, 3/7)
I WILL FIND YOU (Netflix) - Sam Worthington will topline the limited series as David Burroughs, "an innocent father serving a life sentence for the murder of his own son - a crime he didn't commit, yet a tragedy he punishes himself for every day. When David receives evidence that his child may still be alive, he must break out of prison to find out the truth." (Deadline.com, 3/5)
LAST OF US, THE (HBO) - The show's sophomore run will see apperances by Joe Pantoliano as Eugene, "a small character from video game"; Alanna Ubach as Hanrahan; Ben Ahlers as Burton; Hettienne Park as Elise Park; Robert John Burke as Seth, "who runs a bar in the Jackson, Wyoming community where Ellie and her surrogate father Joel live following the events of Season 1"; and Noah Lamanna as Kat, "who dated Ellie before the events of 'Part II.'" ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING (Hulu) - Keegan-Michael Key will recur on the upcoming fifth season in a top secret role. (Deadline.com, 3/5)
OSWALD THE LUCKY RABBIT (Disney+, New!) - Jon Favreau is spearheading an animation/live-action hybrid series at the streamer about Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, "a saucy, self-absorbed bunny." He'll write and executive produce the project. Said report notes: "The cartoon, which bears close resemblance to Mickey Mouse, has a fractured history with the company and played a pivotal role in the creation of Disney's most famous animated character. Oswald was created in 1927 by Walt Disney and featured in 27 animated shorts. But after Universal took control of the character in 1928, Disney created a new character as a replacement: Mickey Mouse." (Deadline.com, 3/7)
PARIS HAS FALLEN (Hulu) - Filming has begun in the U.K. on a second season of the series from Studiocanal. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
POKER FACE (Peacock) - Adrienne C. Moore, Taylor Schilling and Geraldine Viswanathan are the latest set to drop by the series' second season while Rhea Perlman and Simon Helberg will reprise their roles from season one. No details about the newcomers' roles were given. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
RECRUIT, THE (Netflix) - Creator Alexi Hawley took to social media to confirm the Noah Centineo-fronted drama has been canceled after two seasons. (@alexi.hawley)
RJ DECKER (ABC, New!) - Robert Doherty is spearheading a TV take on Carl Hiaasen's literary hero R.J. Decker at the Alphabet. The character originated in the 1987 novel "Double Whammy" in which the "star tenant of the local trailer park and neophyte private eye is fishing for a killer." The project was listed as among the scripts believed to be in consideration for midseason 2026 at the network. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
ROBIN HOOD (MGM+) - Connie Nielsen has joined the cast of the upcoming series as Eleanor of Aquitaine: "One of the most powerful women in history, Eleanor is a queen, a strategist, and a force of nature. A ruler who has outmaneuvered kings and led crusades, she sees the world for what it is - a battlefield." (Variety.com, 3/5)
S.W.A.T. (CBS) - The Eye has once again pulled the plug on the series after eight seasons. "It's been an extraordinary privilege to work on S.W.A.T. for eight seasons and tell the stories of Hondo and 20-Squad," executive producer Shawn Ryan said in a statement. "I thank our fans, Shemar Moore, the rest of our cast, our producers, Sony Pictures Television, CBS Studios and CBS for the opportunity. Most of all I want to thank our tireless, dedicated crew who made our writers, directors and cast always look good. My greatest concern right now is for them." Previously canceled after season six, the network reversed its decision a few days later with a pickup for a seventh and final season. Said run was ultimately extended to the current eighth season. SANDWICH, THE (ABC, New!) - A comedy written by and starring Jessica St. Clair and Kyle Bornheimer was listed as among the scripts believed to be in consideration for midseason 2026 at the network. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
SCARPETTA (Amazon) - Charlie B. Foster, son of Jodie Foster, will recur on the series as Wingo, "an assistant in the morgue." (Deadline.com, 3/6)
SISTERS-IN-LAW (ABC) - Sherry Bilsing Graham and Ellen Kreamer's previously announced comedy was listed as among the scripts believed to be in consideration for midseason 2026 at the network. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
SKINNY DIP (Max, New!) - "Bad Monkey's" Bill Lawrence is looking to bring another Carl Hiaasen novel to the small screen, this time at Max. The project is a one-hour dramedy described as "a screwball-romantic-comedy-triangle about murder, revenge, and greed in the Everglades." Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis are penning the project and will executive produce alongside Lawrence, Jeff Ingold, and Liza Katzer via their Warner Bros. Television-based Doozer Productions. Adaptations of "Skinny Dip" have previously been in the works at The CW in 2018 (where a pilot was shot with Matt Barr and Sarah Wright Olsen as the leads) and the now defunct Quibi in 2019. SKY ON FIRE (NBC) - The presidential assassination thriller from Emilio Ortega Aldrich, Jake Coburn and Julie Plec is listed as one of the scripts under consideration for next season at the network. (Deadline.com, 3/4)

STUMBLE (NBC) - The cheerleading comedy from Liz and Jeff Astrof is listed as one of the scripts under consideration for next season at the network. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
SUGAR (Apple TV+) - Season two of Colin Farrell-led series has added the following regulars: Jin Ha as "a boxer who frequently gets caught up with the wrong crowds"; Laura Donnelly as "a woman who is immune to Sugar's (Farrell) charms"; and Tony Dalton as "a Lieutenant in the LA County Sheriff's Department." SUITS: LA (NBC) - Rick Hoffman will reprise his "Suits" role of Louis Litt on an upcoming episode of the offshoot series. (Deadline.com, 3/5)
TESTAMENTS, THE (Hulu) - "The Handmaid's Tale" sequel series has cast Lucy Halliday as Daisy, "a young Canadian teen, whose life is turned upside down when she learns of her connection to the Republic of Gilead." She joins fellow principals Chase Infiniti as Agnes and Ann Dowd as Aunt Lydia. (Deadline.com, 3/3)
THUNDERJACKS (FOX) - The Oliver Hudson/Scott MacArthur-led comedy from Chad Mountain is said to be among the scripts under consideration at the network for next season. (Deadline.com, 3/4)
TIANA (Disney+) - Walt Disney Animation Studios has officially shuttered the animated series based on the 2009 film "The Princess and the Frog." Said report notes: "Sources close to the streaming series say that despite best efforts, including several changes to the creative team, 'Tiana' ultimately could not get to where it needed to be given production costs." In addition, the studio is also scrapping an unannounced feature-length project that was set to go straight to Disney+. (THR.com, 3/3)
UNTITLED AMANDA KNOX PROJECT (Hulu) - The Grace Van Patten-led limited series has cast Rebecca Wisocky as Cecilia, "an American in prison who moves into Amanda's (Van Patten) cell to take care of her"; Joe Lanza as Chris Mellas, "Amanda's stepdad who found love later in life with Edda (Sharon Horgan) and is a strong presence in Amanda's life"; and Crosby Fitzgerald as Madison, "Amanda's best friend who always speaks her mind." UNTITLED JONATHAN GLATZER SERIES (AMC) - The Silicon Valley drama has added Lucy Punch, Everett Blunck and Paul Adelstein. Punch will play a "tech CEO's wife who is having a retaliatory affair after her own husband's infidelity"; with Blunck as "a high school student who moves to Silicon Valley to stay with his mom and stepdad"; and Adelstein as Dr. Felder, "a Freudian psychotherapist."
