NICK MITCHELL FIRST TO BE ELIMINATED BY FAN VOTING FROM UPN'S WWE SMACKDOWN! "$1,000,000 TOUGH ENOUGH"

Magnolia, Texas native Nick Mitchell was eliminated by fan voting last night in WWE SMACKDOWN!'s "$1,000,000 Tough Enough," narrowing the field from seven finalists to six. Although immensely qualified, the former college and Arena Football player did not make the cut with the fans, losing the votes to the remaining six contestants who will vie for the coveted prize - a WWE talent contract worth a million dollars.

After being put through some physical rigors before the start of SMACKDOWN! last week, the seven Tough Enough finalists had a squat thrust competition, with the winner Chris Nawrocki getting an immediate match with Kurt Angle. Angle mauled Nawrocki before taking volunteers, next pinning Daniel Puder in a slightly tougher, but still relatively easy match. Nick neither won the competition nor voluntered to take on the Olympic Champion, and he paid the price in the fan voting.

In last night's episode, after Nick's elimination, the remaining six contestants had to participate in WWE Diva Torrie Wilson's Sex Test. Who will the fans choose to continue in the competition? Voting is going on right now exclusively on wwe.com

Tough Enough Trainer Al Snow is at the helm to lead the Tough Enough competitors through a weekly ritual of training and challenges as they strive to become the Tough Enough Champ, win a WWE contract worth $1 million and become the newest Superstar on WWE SMACKDOWN! Each week until December 16, when the new Tough Enough Champ is crowned, SMACKDOWN! viewers vote for their favorite competitor on WWE.com, with the competitor with the least votes being eliminated from the competition.

"$1,000,000 Tough Enough" airs during WWE SMACKDOWN!, Thursdays (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on UPN. For more information about "$1,000,000 Tough Enough," log on to www.upn.com or www.wwe.com.
