[via press release from Sci Fi]

SCI FI KICKS OFF A NATIONWIDE CASTING CALL TO DISCOVER 'WHO WANTS TO BE A SUPERHERO?'

New Reality Series Starring Comic Book Legend Stan Lee

New York, NY - March 27, 2006 - Do you have a superhero persona you've been itching to try on? Well, this is your opportunity! SCI FI Channel is partnering with legendary comic book creator Stan Lee's ('Spider-Man,' 'Hulk,' 'The Fantastic Four,' 'X-Men') production company POW! Entertainment, Inc., and Bruce Nash's Nash Entertainment ('Meet My Folks,' 'For Love or Money,' 'Who Wants to Marry My Dad?') to cast a six-episode, one-hour reality series that will challenge a lucky few to create their very own superhero. The winner will receive the best reality competition prize yet: immortality!

Potential heroes from all walks of life are encouraged to submit their audition tapes by mail or attend a one-time, in-person open casting call in Los Angeles on April 4 attended by Stan Lee! All you'll need is an original idea, a killer costume and some real superhero mojo. The winner of this six-week competition will walk away with their superhero identity immortalized in a new comic book created by Stan Lee himself! The winning superhero will also be featured in one of SCI FI Channel's wildly popular original Saturday night action movies! Log onto www.whowantstobeasuperhero.com for entry requirements and updates.

Auditioning superheros should be prepared to prove their mettle - revealing the true nature of their superhuman abilities and invoking the noble credos by which they live. From these thousands of hopefuls, Stan Lee will choose 11 lucky finalists to move into a secret lair and compete for the opportunity to become a real-life Superhero!

"While no one is expected to leap tall buildings in a single bound, our aspiring heroes will be tested on their courage, integrity, self-sacrifice, compassion and resourcefulness - the stuff of all true superheroes," stated Lee.

Finalists will leave their former lives behind and live as their brainchild heroes 24/7, all under Stan Lee's watchful eye. In the end, only one aspiring Superhero will have the strength and nobility to open the gates to comic book immortality.

"It is such an honor to be working with the legendary Stan Lee," said executive producer Bruce Nash. "He has practically written the superhero code. With his expert guidance, we're sure to find the world's next Superhero."

"We are looking forward to joining forces with Stan and Bruce to search the universe for these fearless competitors," said Mark Stern, EVP, Programming, SCI FI Channel. "At some point in their lives, everyone has wanted to break out and be heroic, and now is the chance for a chosen few to shed their every-day identities and truly express their inner superhero."

'Who Wants To Be A Superhero' is a production of Nash Entertainment, in association with POW! Entertainment, Inc. Bruce Nash, Stan Lee and Scott Satin ('Most Outrageous Moments,' 'Who Wants To Marry My Dad?') serve as executive producers.

Stan Lee, world famous comic book and motion picture icon, founded POW! (Purveyors of Wonder) Entertainment Inc. (POWN.PK), an advanced media and entertainment company, together with award winning producer Gill Champion and intellectual property specialist Arthur Lieberman, Esq. POW!'s principals extensive backgrounds encompass the creation, production and licensing of original intellectual properties including some of the most successful entertainment franchises of all time (i.e. some of Stan Lee's characters, like Spider-Man*, Fantastic Four*, The Hulk*, Daredevil* and X-Men* dominated the comic book genre and transcended to the big screen breaking all time box office records and grossing billions of dollars in revenues). Capitalizing on this combined expertise, POW! partners with individuals and entities of entertainment's top echelon including studios and networks in the creation, licensing and distribution of new POW! character franchises including animation and live-action feature films, plus television, DVDs, video games, merchandising and related ancillary markets all of which contribute to global expansion.

Bruce Nash and his eponymous production company has become an idea factory for both film and television projects alike. Nash is well known for his trendsetting ideas and ability to translate them into successful projects, and Nash Entertainment is quickly developing an aggressive feature film slate, including 'The Fritz Pollard Story' (with Don Cheadle, attached as a producer), 'Falling Awake' (with director Jon Chu for Warner Bros.), 'Teacher of the Year' (with New Line and Ice Cube's CubeVision), 'Sherlock's Secretary' at Walden Media, and projects with Ivan Reitman's Montecito Films and Vanguard Entertainment. Nash Entertainment is producing a new season of 'World's Most Amazing Videos,' which premieres with 26 new episodes in April 2006.
