MNF: #1 AMONG ALL NETWORKS IN PRIME TIME DELIVERY OF MEN

ESPN.COM NFL CONTENT: 54 MILLION PAGE VIEWS, UP 59% FROM 2006

Monday night's Dallas Cowboys � Buffalo Bills game on ESPN's Monday Night Football earned a 10.0 rating, representing an average of 9,639,000 homes, the most for any show on cable television in 2007. The thrilling 25-24 last-second road victory by Dallas edged the previously most-viewed show, Disney Channel's High School Musical 2 (9,433,000 homes), and averaged 13,028,000 viewers (P2+). (HSM2 retains the top spot for highest average P2+ -- 17,241,000.)

The game led all television networks � broadcast or cable � in prime time delivery of the key male demos (M18-34, M18-49, M25-54), as well as P18-34 and P18-49.

In Buffalo, the game delivered a 12.8 rating on ESPN and a 29.3 rating on WKBW-ABC, for a combined 42.1 rating. In Dallas, the game delivered a 17.2 rating on ESPN and a 17.0 rating on KTXA-IND, for a combined 34.2 rating.

From the kickoff of ESPN's NFL studio programming at 4 p.m. through the conclusion of the game, ESPN delivered 20.6 gross household coverage ratings for its MNF coverage.

ESPN's six NFL games account for the first-, third-, fourth-, fifth-, sixth- and ninth-most-watched shows on basic cable in 2007.

Also, NFL content on ESPN.com, including �Monday Night Surround,� accessed via computers and mobile devices generated more than 54 million page views from Monday through Tuesday at noon, a 59% increase over the same period last year, according to Web measurement tool HitBox. Additionally, fans viewed football related video on ESPN.com nearly 1.5 million times on Monday alone.
