BRAVO'S TOPICAL SERIES "WATCH WHAT HAPPENS: LIVE" SET TO PREMIERE THURS., JULY 16 AT MIDNIGHT

NEW YORK - June 22, 2009 - As previously announced, Bravo is expanding into the weekly topical arena with "Watch What Happens: Live," an interactive series hosted by Bravo programming executive Andy Cohen, set to premiere on Thursday, July 16 at midnight ET/PT.

Cohen, Bravo's Senior Vice President of Original Programming and Development, is best known to viewers as the host of the network's often explosive "Watch What Happens" reunion specials, including the anticipated two-part reunion for "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" to air Tuesday, June 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT and Thursday, June 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. "Watch What Happens" originally debuted as a live online show on www.Bravotv.com, with a number of guests over the years including Diane von Furstenberg, Sandra Bernhard, Sean Avery, and a host of eliminated contestants and Bravo personalities, as well as call-ins from Kelly Ripa, Ellen Barkin, Ricki Lake, to name a few.

On "Watch What Happens: Live," every Thursday at midnight, Cohen will sit down with guests from some of Bravo's most popular series, as well as from the world of entertainment, to chat about what has transpired on-air and in pop culture that week for a live half-hour full of viewer interaction. The series will include lively debates and passionate discussions about everything from fashion, to the latest Housewives drama, to what celebrity news is making headlines that week.

Bravo viewers will finally have a chance to get up-close and personal not only with Cohen and his guests, but also with their favorite Bravo-lebrities and contestants, by interacting via email, phone, video, Twitter and Facebook. "Watch What Happens: Live" will be unpredictable, funny, occasionally shocking, and always the place to be on Thursday nights.

"Watch What Happens: Live" is produced by Embassy Row for Bravo. Michael Davies ("Who Wants To Be A Millionaire") serves as executive producer.
