Jeff Lewis Is Back On Bravo's "Flipping Out," Season Premieres Monday, August 17 At 10 PM ET/PT

Featuring Some Of The World's Most Influential Designers, The Second Season Of "The Rachel Zoe Project" Premieres Tuesday, August 25 At 10 PM ET/PT

NEW YORK - July 1, 2009 - The third season of Bravo's popular docu-series "Flipping Out" returns on Monday, August 17 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, with everyone's favorite obsessive-compulsive house-flipper, Jeff Lewis. The economy has taken its toll on his business, but if anyone can figure out a way to flip things around and go from chaos to clarity, it's Lewis and his team.

Lewis makes his living with the help of a group of diverse and often disgruntled employees he counts as friends. These include his incredibly patient assistant Jenni Pulos, who still dreams of making it as an actress, despite seven years at Jeff's side, his beloved housekeeper Zoila, newly empowered and suddenly more flirtatious and feisty, and his business partner and former boyfriend, Ryan Brown. With the total collapse of the real estate market, Lewis finds himself in the uncomfortable position of having to take on design clients, while taking orders and being nice to people. This season Lewis will help Zoila date, reluctantly empowers Jenni, while managing the revolving door of colorful characters that staff his office. How does a house flipper, who can no longer "flip," keep from flipping out?

The hottest stylist in Hollywood is back and offers an all access pass to fabulous fashion as "The Rachel Zoe Project," returns Tuesday, August 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The second installment of this fashion-forward drama delves further into the inner workings of Team Zoe as they jet from coast to coast throwing charity auctions, attending store openings and laboring to find the perfect gowns to adorn the red carpet during award season. The new season includes some of the world's most influential and respected designers including Giorgio Armani, John Galliano, Christian Lacroix, Karl Lagerfeld, Giambattista Valli, Diane Von Furstenberg and Matthew Williamson to name a few.

Rachel Zoe is as over-booked as ever and the constant tension between her hotheaded assistants, Brad and Taylor, only serves to escalate the drama in her already crazed schedule, leading to stress induced vertigo. The economic downturn presents yet another snag in the garment-hunting process and Team Zoe must get creative as the number of available couture gowns dwindle. There is never a dull moment as Rachel takes her team to Paris Fashion Week, continues to build her brand, and struggles to balance her personal life and spend time with her husband, Rodger.

Season two of "Flipping Out" broke records with five consecutive weeks reaching over one million total viewers and the finale episode setting a series high among adults 18-49 and in total viewers with over one million viewers in those demos. "Flipping Out" is produced by Authentic Entertainment. Lauren Lexton, Tom Rogan and Billy Taylor serve as executive producers.

"The Rachel Zoe Project's" popularity grew throughout its first season, with the season finale delivering a series high across all demos with more than one million total viewers. "The Rachel Zoe Project" is produced by Original Media for Bravo. Charlie Corwin, Jamie Patricof and Rachel Zoe are executive producers.
