OVER ONE MILLION ADULTS 18-49 TUNED IN TO TORI & DEAN SEASON FINALE ON OXYGEN

Telecast Becomes Most Watched In Oxygen History

New York - August 5, 2009 - For the first time in network history, Oxygen delivered over one million viewers in the key A18-49 demo with last night's season finale of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood." The finale, featuring baby Stella's first birthday party, also makes history as Oxygen's most watched telecast ever. The telecast attracted 1,037,000 A18-49; 813,000 W18-49, 404,000 W18-34 and 1,471,000 total viewers according to Nielsen Media Research. This is Oxygen's 25th telecast to draw in over one million total viewers.

The season four finale topped even last year's finale which featured Stella's birth. Compared to the season three finale, season four was up 11% among A18-49, 8% among W18-49, 18% among W18-34 and 16% among total viewers.

Oxygen was among the top ten most watched cable networks in all its key demos for the 10PM hour including A18-49 (fifth most watched), W18-49 (third), W18-34 (second) and total viewers (ninth). The finale was the third most watched telecast of the day among all cable programming among W18-49 and the fourth most watched telecast of the day among W18-34. In primetime for the night (8P-11P), Oxygen averaged 462,000 A18-49; 371,000 W18-49; 189,000 F18-34 and 692,000 total viewers. This was Oxygen's most watched Tuesday primetime among A18-49, W18-49 and total viewers.

Generation O turned to the web yesterday for more of Tori, Dean, Liam and Stella. Page views on www.oxygen.com topped 1.14 million with photo galleries being the primary draw.
