LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- TNT's coverage of the "NBA All-Star Game" drew 6.8 million viewers on Sunday, marking a record low for the broadcast. Nevertheless, said coverage - along with its "NBA Tip-Off" (5.1 million) and Saturday night game (4.8 million) - gave the network the top three spots on cable last week.

Over on USA, the cable channel kept its four mainstays - "Psych" (3.2 million, #T15), "Monk" (3.2 million, #T15), "WWE Raw" (8:00/7:00c, 3.8 million, #7) and "WWE Raw" (9:00/8:00c, 4.5 million, #4) - in the top 15. "Raw" aired on Thursday night last week to make room for the network's "Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show" coverage. The two-night event averaged 2.7 million viewers across Monday and Tuesday, up slightly from last year.

Also still in the top 15: the latest installment of VH1's "I Love New York" (3.3 million, #T11).

Meanwhile over on HBO, few viewers turned into the Saturday premiere of "Longford" (575,000) or the season finale of "Extras" (579,000) on Sunday.

And finally, Sci Fi's Sunday duo of "The Dresden Files" (1.41 household rating, 870,000 adults 18-49) and "Battlestar Galactica" (1.21 household rating, 945,000 adults 18-49) saw slight up ticks from last week's series lows.
