BLUE TILT (NBC, New!) - Ethan Hawke and Vince D'Onofrio are set to star in a potential drama at the Peacock about "two seasoned homicide detectives - one married and one divorced - as they solve cases while dealing with their wives/ex-wives and kids." Chris Brancato ("Law & Order: Criminal Intent") penned the Universal Television-based hour (the title of which "refers to a cop term for homicide detectives who, as a result of dealing with particularly brutal crimes, become a danger to themselves and are put under psychiatric observation"), which has a pilot production commitment. Production then is targeted for the end of the year in New York with the trio serving as executive producers. (Deadline.com)THE SPECTRE (FOX, New!) - "John Doe" co-creator Brandon Camp is looking to bring Jerry Siegel and Bernard Baily's DC Comics hero, "a former cop serving time in afterlife limbo who hunts down earthly criminals on behalf of the dead - and mortals soon to be dead if ultimate justice is not served," to the small screen. Warner Bros. Television and Gerber Pictures are co-producing the hour with the latter's Bill Gerber ("Gran Torino") executive producing alongside Camp. (Deadline.com)UNTITLED JOE KEENAN PROJECT (ABC, New!) - Joe Keenan ("Desperate Housewives") has booked a period drama at the Alphabet about "a mother/daughter team who are given their own variety show" in the 1970s. Said hour is set up at Warner Bros. Television with John Wells and Andrew Stearn executive producing alongside Keenan. The pact calls for the duo to develop a project around Lawrence, presumably a comedy.
