CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- The latest development news, culled from various wire reports each morning:

ALL GROWN UP (CBS) - Charles Esten and stage actress Laura Bell Bundy ("Hairspray") have been added to the cast of the comedy pilot from from Warner Bros. TV.

JOAN OF ARCADIA (CBS) - Michael Welch ("United States of Ireland") has signed on to the CBS drama pilot as Luke.

THE LAST COMIC STANDING (NBC) - Comedy Central has acquired the rights to the second window airing of NBC's upcoming series The Last Comic Standing: The Search For The Funniest Person in America. Jay Mohr hosts the "American Idol"-esque search for comedians seeking to win a talent contract with NBC. The cable network will re-broadcast each of the eight episodes within a week of its airing on NBC.

RUBBING CHARLIE (CBS) - Mary Birdsong ("Welcome to New York") has been added to the cast of the comedy pilot from Big Ticket Television as Beth.

UNTITLED HOWIE MANDEL PROJECT (NBC) - D.L. Hughley ("The Hughleys") is set as Mandel's hip and suave cameraman in the Peacock comedy pilot from Gavin Polone's NBC-based Pariah TV.

UNTITLED KEVIN HART PROJECT (ABC) - Arnetia Walker ("Nurses") and Keith David ("Agent Cody Banks") have joined the cast of Kevin Hart's untitled comedy pilot from 20th Century Fox TV and Imagine TV.
