CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- Showtime has delayed the third season premiere of its dramedy "The Chris Isaak Show" until the fourth quarter of 2003 the network announced via press release. The series, an irreverent behind-the-scenes look at the life of the rock star, was originally set to return this summer with new episodes. No reason for the change was given.
Set to appear in the upcoming season are Latin pop diva Gloria Estefan, Grammy-winner Michelle Branch, singer/songwriter Bret Michaels, rising country star Blake Shelton and Oakland A's pitcher Barry Zito. Production on the series' third season of 13 episodes is set to wrap in June.
