MTV Stays 'Punk'D' for Two More Seasons

CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- Move over Ozzy Osbourne, here comes Ashton Kutcher. MTV has picked up the "That '70s Show" star's hidden camera series "Punk'd" for two additonal seasons with 10 new installments set for a late fall start date.
"Punk'd," which was created by Kutcher and Jason Goldberg, is already one of MTV's highest rated shows in the teen demographic. The show's success comes at a critical time for the channel as new seasons of "The Real World" and "The Osbournes" have posted waning ratings.
It is not clear if fellow cast members Dax Shepard and Ryan Pinkston will return for the new season, which is set to air Mondays at 10:30/9:30c.
