NBC Shuffles Fall Premieres, Adds Encores
By Brian Ford Sullivan (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC is set to shake up its previously announced fall rollout plans, as the network announced today several changes to its post-Olympics schedule.

"Last Comic Standing: Battle of the Comics," the third season of the popular summer series, will kick off Monday, August 30 at 9:30/8:30c with a special 90-minute episode. The show will then settle into its regular Tuesday, 8:00/7:00c slot the following night.

To make room for the move, the Peacock has pushed back the premiere of its new drama "Hawaii" to Wednesday, September 1 at 8:00/7:00c. The network had previously planned to preview the series on August 30 at 9:00/8:00c before moving it to its regular Wednesday, 8:00/7:00c home.
