CBS ANNOUNCES PREMIERE WEDNESDAY SCHEDULING CHANGES "A Dr. Phil Primetime Special: Family First" to Be Broadcast on Sept. 22, 8:00-10:00 PM Followed by the Series Premiere of "CSI: NY" The Premieres of "60 Minutes," "The King of Queens" and "Center of the Universe" Moved to Wednesday, Sept. 29 CBS announced that the season premieres of 60 MINUTES, THE KING OF QUEENS and CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE will debut a week later than previously announced, on Wednesday, Sept. 29. The highly anticipated series premiere of CSI: NY (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) will now debut following A DR. PHIL PRIMETIME SPECIAL: FAMILY FIRST (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on Wednesday, Sept. 22.
