TRIBUNE BROADCASTING, THE WB NETWORK AND WARNER BROS. TELEVISION TEAM UP TO OFFER AN EXCLUSIVE LOOK AT THE NEW FALL DRAMA, "THE MOUNTAIN" FROM SEPTEMBER 13 TO SEPTEMBER 20 STREAMING ON COMPUTERS EVERYWHERE
Tribune Broadcasting, Inc., The WB Network and Warner Bros. Television are teaming up to give viewers an exclusive on-line sneak peek of the highly anticipated new drama, THE MOUNTAIN, from executive producer's McG, Stephanie Savage and Shaun Cassidy and starring Oliver Hudson and Barbara Hershey.
Computer users can stream the pilot episode of THE MOUNTAIN by accessing Tribune's WB affiliates' web sites (listed below) between September 13 and September 20 ahead of THE MOUNTAIN'S debut on The WB on Wednesday, September 22 at 9:00 pm ET. Those affiliated stations are located in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Houston, Seattle-Tacoma, Miami, Denver, St. Louis, Portland, Indianapolis, San Diego, Hartford-New Haven, New Orleans and Albany.

THE MOUNTAIN, an adrenaline-packed hour, chronicles the larger-than-life saga of the Carvers, whose colorful patriarch, David Carver, Sr. (guest star Chad Everett, �Mulholland Drive, � �Medical Center�), founded the town and its internationally famous ski resort after winning it in a poker game. When this legendary man dies, his choice of grandson David Carver Jr. (Oliver Hudson, �Dawson's Creek�), a free-spirited motocross racer, to operate the families mountain empire, sends shockwaves throughout the community and opens up wounds within the Carver family and doors for predators, trying to steal the resort from the family. Barbara Hershey (�Hannah and Her Sisters, � �Beaches�), Anson Mount (�Tully, � �Crossroads�), Johann Urb (�Zoolander"), Penn Badgley (�Do Over"), Mitch Pileggi (�The X-Files�), Elizabeth Bogush (�Titans�), Alana De La Garza (�All My Children�) and newcomers Tara Thompson and Tommy Dewey also star.
