Burbank, CA (October 19, 2004) � Danielle Panabaker (�Stuck in the Suburbs,� "Sex & The Single Mom") and Ricky Ullman (�Phil of the Future�) star in the ABC Family uplifting original movie SEARCHING FOR DAVID�S HEART. Premiering Sunday, November 21 at (8:00 � 10:00 PM ET/PT), the film is a touching story of loss and new found hope.

One year ago, on Darcy�s 15th birthday, the devastating loss of her adored older brother David (Billy Aaron Brown) completely changed her life. Darcy (Panabaker) has tried to cope by submerging her grief in everyday activities. Her father (Jeffrey Nordling) has taken up permanent residence in his wood shop trying to ignore his pain. Darcy�s mother�s (Jayne Brooke) attempts at getting the family to talk about David are futile. On the eve of the one year anniversary of David�s accident, Darcy gets an overwhelming feeling that she can�t shake. No longer able to hide or push aside her feelings, Darcy goes on a quest to put things right in her life and the lives of her family. She decides to search for the only person who might help her understand David�s death: the recipient of his heart. Will her family find the closure and peace they've been seeking?

The film is directed by Paul Hoen (�Tru Confessions�), based on the novel by Cherie Bennet and Jeff Gottesfeld, and with the teleplay by Karen Leigh Hopkins and Alan Marc Levy. Stefanie Epstein and Joel Rice serve as executive producers.
