NBC'S HIT REALITY SHOW 'THE BIGGEST LOSER' TO SEARCH ORLANDO FOR NEW CAST MEMBERS ON DECEMBER 2ND

Open Casting Call Takes Place at "Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville"

BURBANK, Calif. -- November 24, 2004 -- NBC's new hit reality show, "The Biggest Loser," will conduct a special search in Orlando for the next cast of new contestants by holding an open casting call in Orlando at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville on Thursday, December 2nd, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

All outgoing, charismatic and candid individuals in the Orlando area who are at least 21 years of age are encouraged to attend to meet the "The Biggest Loser" casting directors. Candidates should be ready to make their weight loss dreams a reality, in addition to possessing personality, desire and a competitive edge to vie for this all-expense-paid chance of a lifetime.

Caroline Rhea ("Sabrina, The Teenage Witch") hosts "The Biggest Loser" (8-9 p.m. ET), an unscripted, one-hour series in which two competing teams follow comprehensive diet and exercise plans to undergo radical physical makeovers. The 12 contestants (six women and six men) recruited from across the nation will travel to Los Angeles to have ten weeks with access to two of the top trainers in Hollywood, all meals provided and a chance to win $250,000.

Viewers unable to attend the casting call but still want to be considered can log onto NBC.com, click "The Biggest Loser" and apply.

"The Biggest Loser" is a production of Reveille, 25/7 Productions, 3 Ball Productions and NBC Universal Television Studio. Ben Silverman (NBC's "The Restaurant," "The Office: An American Workplace"), David Broome ("Jingle Ball Rock"), J.D. Roth ("NBC's "For Love or Money," "Endurance"), John Foy ("For Love or Money," "Endurance") and Todd A. Nelson ("For Love or Money," "Endurance") are the executive producers.
