UPN TO DEBUT ITS NEW MID-SEASON COMEDY "CUTS," A SPIN-OFF OF UPN'S "ONE ON ONE," ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14 AT 8:30 PM

"HALF & HALF" To Move To 9:30 PM on Mondays

UPN will debut its new mid-season comedy CUTS, a spin-off of UPN's ONE ON ONE, starring Marques Houston ("Fat Albert") and Shannon Elizabeth ("American Pie") on Monday, February 14 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT) on UPN.

On Monday, February 7 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT), UPN will re-broadcast the episode of ONE ON ONE that introduced the characters and set up the plot for the new series. That same night, HALF & HALF will move to its new time period on Mondays (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT).

For years, the Barnes family-run barbershop was a place where guys can get a trim while shooting the breeze about anything. But when the barbershop is sold out from underneath prodigal son Kevin Barnes (Marques Houston), he finds himself co-managing the shop with the new owners spoiled daughter Tiffany (Shannon Elizabeth), a rich party girl who has never worked a day in her life. Despite their differing ideas of how to make the shop a success, Kevin and Tiffany will have to deal with the many challenges that arise when these two very opposite worlds collide.

CUTS stars Marques Houston ("Fat Albert") as Kevin Barnes, Shannon Elizabeth ("American Pie") as Tiffany Sherwood, Shondrella Avery ("Napolean Dynamite") as Candy and Rashaan Nall (ONE ON ONE) as Walt.

CUTS is executive produced by Eunetta T. Boone and Bennie R. Richburg, Jr. CUTS is a production of The Greenblatt Janollari Studio and Daddys Girl Productions in association with Paramount Network Television.
