MEG RYAN, ELTON JOHN, CLINT EASTWOOD, RENEE ZELLWEGER, BEN AFFLECK, ANNIE LENNOX, NELLY, RAY ROMANO AMONG NAMES SCHEDULED TO APPEAR AT NBC UNIVERSAL'S "TSUNAMI AID: A CONCERT OF HOPE"
BENEFIT SPECIAL EXPANDS TO TWO HOURS
Burbank �- January 11, 2005 -� Meg Ryan, Clint Eastwood, Renee Zellweger, Ray Romano, Ben Affleck, Morgan Freeman and Robert Downey, Jr. have joined many already scheduled to appear on the live broadcast of NBC Universal's benefit special "Tsunami Aid: A Concert of Hope" airing on NBC, all NBC Universal cable platforms, Telemundo and PAX at 8:00pm on Saturday, January 15th.
Additionally, Elton John, Annie Lennox and Nelly are now scheduled to perform.
The special has expanded to two hours and all viewers will be encouraged to donate to the American Red Cross International Response Fund in support of tsunami relief through its website and donation hotline.
Clear Channel, NBC Universal's promotional partner on this special, begins their promotion tomorrow nationwide.
