In Thicker Than Water, urban attorney Natalie Jones (Melissa Gilbert, Little House on the Prairie) becomes devastated once she learns that her recently deceased father a wellrespected judge was once married to a rodeo queen and sets out to uncover her dads secret past. Her pursuit of the truth takes Natalie to unfamiliar territory the wide open spaces of horse country. There she meets the rodeo queens daughter, Jess Jarrett (Lindsay Wagner, The Bionic Woman), a woman struggling to keep the wild horses on her property alive and safe. Moved by Jessies commitment to nature and attracted to the local veterinarian (Brian Wimmer, China Beach), Natalie finds herself becoming part of a family she never dreamed possible.
