Failing to Impress T-Boz & Chilli with Their Dance Moves, Two More Girls Are Eliminated from the Competition, on "R U the Girl with T-Boz & Chilli"

[via press release from UPN]

FAILING TO IMPRESS T-BOZ & CHILLI WITH THEIR DANCE MOVES, TWO MORE GIRLS ARE ELIMINATED FROM THE COMPETITION, ON "R U THE GIRL WITH T-BOZ & CHILLI"

Arielle From Miramar, Fla. and Crystal From Arlington, Texas Are Next Girls Eliminated

T-Boz & Chilli split the remaining six performers into two groups and asked them to choreograph an original dance to be performed at a hot Atlanta night club the following evening. But after observing the two different routines, T-Boz & Chilli knew Arielle and Crystal didn't make the grade and eliminated them from the competition.

Arielle's performance with her new group of Alju and Mirrah didn't overwhelm T-Boz & Chilli. They were disappointed with Arielle's choreography skills and felt she was out of her element during the dance. They knew she would be better suited to choreograph her own dances as opposed to working alongside them. Therefore, she was the first asked to leave.

Crystal was lucky enough to survive elimination from the previous challenge, but things only got worse after being paired with two new girls, Meah and O'so Krispie. T-Boz & Chilli felt Crystal got lost in the dance during the performance and didn't think she gave it her all. They also weren't thrilled with her suggestion of using a kick-line in the routine. As a result, they sent her home.

Three years after losing their bandmate Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes in a tragic car accident, T-Boz & Chilli of TLC are ready for a new beginning for themselves and their fans. Blending comedy and reality, these singing sensations set out on a journey filled with emotion, comedy, surprises and special guests to look for that one lucky and talented girl who just might be the perfect fit. For nine weeks, the girls work closely with the diverse group of aspiring female performers to find the one with the right chemistry who can join them on their next great escapade, which will culminate in a concert performance during a live finale to air on UPN.

R U THE GIRL WITH T-BOZ & CHILLI is produced by The Jay and Tony Show, in association with Fox Television Studios. The executive producers are Jay Blumenfield & Anthony Marsh, Chilli & Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins. Bill Diggins and Laurie Girion ("Last Comic Standing") are co-executive producers.

R U THE GIRL WITH T-BOZ & CHILLI airs Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on UPN.
