Two More Chances to Try Out for "American Idol" as Greensboro, Nc, and Las Vegas, Nv, Are Added to the Audition Tour

TWO MORE CHANCES TO TRY OUT FOR "AMERICAN IDOL" AS GREENSBORO, NC, AND LAS VEGAS, NV, ARE ADDED TO THE AUDITION TOUR

GREENSBORO AUDITIONS TO BE HELD MONDAY, OCTOBER 3; LAS VEGAS AUDITIONS TO BE HELD MONDAY, OCTOBER 10

AMERICAN IDOL has added Greensboro, NC, and Las Vegas, NV, to this season's audition tour, as the No. 1 hit show searches for the next singing sensation. Auditions have already been held in San Francisco, Austin, Boston, Denver and Chicago. Greensboro and Las Vegas will be the last chances for aspiring Idols to show off their vocal talents, replacing the previously announced city of Memphis, where auditions were canceled in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Auditions will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum on Monday, Oct. 3, and the Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, Oct. 10. The fifth season of AMERICAN IDOL begins in January on FOX.
