AFHV 16th Season Premiere Is Sunday, October 2 on the ABC Television Network

Americas Funniest Home Videos fans, pack your bags! AFHV will begin its 16th season on the ABC Television Network with the biggest vacation Grand Prize giveaway in the shows history, giving contestants and viewers at home a chance to win a membership in Disney Vacation Club, the unique Disney vacation program that offers families a way to save money and enjoy memorable vacations year after year. Three times a year, Americas Funniest Home Videos awards $100,000 cash prizes for the best video submission. When AFHV has its season finale in 2006, the three $100,000 prize winners will return to the show to compete for the Grand Prize: A Disney Vacation Club Membership. The prize will include purchase price, annual dues and exchange fees. A family can enjoy 48 years of vacations at any of the Disney Vacation Club resorts, as well as 500 other destinations around the world through the Member Getaways program and special member benefits such as discounts on select Disney theme park passes, dining, shopping and more.
