SHOWTIME'S NEW REALITY SERIES SEXUAL HEALING TO BEGIN PRODUCTION FEBRUARY 2006

Provocative New Series From Emmy Award-Winning Creators Of "Taxi Cab Confessions" Featuring World Renowned Sex Educator And Therapist Dr. Laura Berman Premieres Next Spring

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 5, 2005) What if one day your husband no longer finds you sexually attractive? How do you deal with your wife's past sexual abuse? What happens when your lack of interest in sex begins to negatively affect your relationship?

These intimate questions and many more are confronted on Showtime's new reality documentary series, SEXUAL HEALING. The new one-hour series from Joe and Harry Gantz, creators of the Emmy Award-winning series "Taxi Cab Confessions," is set to begin production in February 2006 and will premiere on SHOWTIME next spring or early summer.

Featuring world renowned sex educator and therapist Dr. Laura Berman, each week SEXUAL HEALING will chronicle the experiences of three different real-life couples as they immerse themselves in an intensive, week-long relationship workshop led by Dr. Berman, who will help the couples work through their problems, communicate better and ultimately reach their full sexual potential. Each hour-long episode will expose the diverse and revealing sexual and relationship problems that face many couples, along with the innovative therapeutic activities used to help them.

"Dr. Laura Berman is an expert in this area of sexual compatibility, and her unique method to help revive and sustain couples' relationships will be utterly compelling to watch," says SHOWTIME Entertainment President Robert Greenblatt. "Her willing subjects will let us in on their deeply personal therapy sessions as well as their most intimate moments at home as they follow Dr. Berman's instructions and exercises in and out of the bedroom. Everyone will be riveted by the frank universal truths about relationships and sexuality that will be revealed here."

For over 18 years Dr. Berman has helped thousands of couples build stronger relationships through her revolutionary approach to relationship problems and sexual dysfunctions. Considered one of the definitive authorities on sex-related issues in America today, Dr. Berman has been featured numerous times on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and "Good Morning America." She runs the renowned Berman Center in Chicago, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to helping women and their partners repair their relationships and enjoy a happy, healthy sexual life. The show will originate from the Berman Center where couples varying in age, marital status, sexual preference and ethnicity will be culled from all over the nation. The tone will range from playfully humorous to intensely dramatic to sexually-charged.

"The stories I hear and journeys I witness in my office every day are more fascinating than fiction," says Berman. "My hope is that not only will these couples have their lives and relationships transformed, but the viewers at home will learn through watching how to make their own relationship better as well."

Joe and Harry Gantz are the Emmy Award-winning director/producers behind the film and television production company, View Film. The Gantz brothers' work has been both critically- and commercially-acclaimed for its exploration of the most intimate aspects of people's lives and relationships. They are the creators of the HBO documentary series "Taxicab Confessions" and have recently begun shooting the documentary feature, "Pleasure For Sale," which examines legal and illegal prostitution in Southern Nevada from both a political and personal point of view.

SEXUAL HEALING is a View Film production, with the Gantz brothers, Dr. Laura Berman and Sam Chapman set to serve as Executive Producers of the series. The Gantz brothers will also serve as Directors. Nine one-hour episodes have been ordered of SEXUAL HEALING.
